Located near to the centre, (1 km), of the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan, this six bedroom villa is an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends. Its accomodation comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen and living/dining area., which opens onto the pool terrace. The ground floor has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom which shares a communal bathroom. The first floor has three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and one with a jacuzzi, plus a single bedroom which shares a communal bathroom.

The large infinity pool is 10.5 x 5 metres and 1.6 metres in depth and the adjacent shallow area, 10 x 1 metres and 50 cm deep is suitable for those guests who can't swim or children. There are excellent sea views from throughout this villa, and it has ample sunbeds and outdoor seating. The location is in a quiet residentail district within an easy walk to several popular restaurants.
This villa is a good choice for guests who do not wish to rent a vehicle as the walk into town is on a gentle slope.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

Holiday in Kalkan

We had a lovely time in Kalkan , villa pool was particularly good and we could swim every day , weather was very hot so most welcome with small children . Villa itself was very nice lots of space and rooms all air conditioned. Taxi down to restaurants snd town very cheap 50 Turkish lira.lovely restaurants and food . We did have a few power cuts but usually short . One thing that would have helped us greatly was a book with advice on local area , travel , restaurants , taxis , trips etc that is usually in rented villas . Use of washing machine , dish washer , cooker , when cleaners were coming ,doctors , dentists , useful information as we speak no Turkish and very few people could understand English etc Plus some welcome pack especially the water cooler filled up for us . There was just some things on fridge door . Rep was responsive

A perfect getaway!

This villa wasn't actually my first choice when I was originally looking, so I was slightly disappointed when I booked months back that the other ones weren't available. How wrong was I! This villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. The villa was clean, spacious and had the most amazing infinity pool and views over Kalkan. I was pleasantly surprised by how central the villa was too, it was only a short walk into the center of town (although taxis were so cheap we chose to pay £2.50 instead of walking in the heat lol). The view over the sea from the villa really was something off of a postcard, we absolutely loved it. Outdoor shaded seating was perfect for an evening meal or games night and there was plenty of space to sunbathe for all 8 of us. We all agreed that we would defo come back and defo stay at that villa again. Kalkan was great! X

Lovely stay in Kalkan

We had a lovely stay at Mehtap. We loved the pool and stunning view. Everything was exactly as described. It was clean with everything in it required for our stay and the pool area well maintained. Kalkan is a pretty, bustling little town with plenty of places to eat and shop, it is genuinely an easy 20 minute walk right down to the harbour, a little steep but we did not find that a problem. A yellow taxi back up from town was 20 lira, we did this most evenings as there are a few dedicated taxi ranks where there's a constant flow of taxis and this made it very easy. Our property manager Christine was excellent and was instantly available whenever we contacted her and if there were any issues they were instantly sorted. Overall an excellent stay.

An excellent area for a relaxing time , everyone is welcoming and friendly

The villa was clean and a great place to stay , even with nine adults staying there was room for everyone to have time out if need be . If you have toddlers The second pool is ideal for them to safely splash around in . I would recommend this to large families
