Ideal for those looking for peace, silence and privacy. The most beautiful part of this holiday home is its terraces. The pool of 32m2 big on the terrace behind the house has high privacy. Plenty of hidden beaches await you in the nearby of Molunat and Cavtat.
Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living room combined with kitchen and dining are. It is ideal for those who want escape from everyday life-It is rustic modern and fully equipped Villa intended for those who want to enjoy privacy relaxing at every moment of vacation..In the back part of the villa there is a playground for children.
It is located 15 to 20 minutes drive from the center of Cavtat and the beautiful hidden beaches. 5min drive to supermarket and restaurant.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus war mal eine Ölmühle und ist komplett renoviert. Es liegt etwa 3km oberhalb der Strasse zwischen Dubrovnic und der Grenze nach Montenegro. Südlich von Dubrovnic nimmt der Tourismus ab und somit ist das der ideale Ort für Paare und Familien mit Kindern die gerne etwas abseits des Trubels residieren. Lucija und ihre Familie wohnen im 100m entfernten Nachbarhaus und sind sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas fehlt aber ansonsten absolut diskret. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt, der nächste Supermarkt ist in 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Restaurants sind ebenfalls in den Nachbarorten vorhanden und Ausflüge nach Dubrovnik (40min) oder Richtung Montenegro (90min - Bucht von Kotor) absolut empfehlenswert. An dieser Stelle wollen wir uns nochmal bei Lucija für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken und wünschen allen zukünftigen Gäste so schöne und entspannte Ferien wie wir sie in diesem wunderbaren Haus hatten :-)
