The recently renovated terrace apartment has 3 bedrooms,
Master double with antique iron bed and en suite shower, toilet,
2nd large double or twin
3rd smaller double or twin with shared shower room and toilet
separate toilet with hand wash basin.
The apartment has been stylishly decorated to be in keeping with the stunning turn of the century villa.
All rooms including the open plan lounge are spacious, the kitchen diner well equipped to accommodate 6-8 guests.
There is also a snug for kids games or a quiet read.
the views all around are beautiful, easy access to the garden and BBQ.
Two stunning apartments within a beautiful lake side villa, the very spacious apartments are newly re-furbished in a contemporary style. The property has a large garden with off road parking BBQ and seating area and comfortable sun loungers. The lake is just across the road and easily accessible for swimming. Cycle track to Annecy centre and other villages and beaches 300 metres from the property. Local shops and amenities and port with watersports 5 min away .
There is an 18 hole golf course 10kms from the property
Villa Anne marie was purchased from madame Anne Marie pianasani by Carl and Yvonne as a derelict house in 2002, we are only the 2nd owners of this lovely property and have loving renovated the building into 2 stunning apartments ,we ourselves love the house and its surrounds and enjoy sharing it with our visitors,we live in the French alps with our two teenage daughters and jack russel, scooby .We have been in France for 20 yrs

the apartments are very spacious, well equipped and designed as homes not just rental apartments, we have kept many original features of the house, including things like framed magazines which were found in the building from 1911, I think the love put into the renovation makes it a special place to stay!
the proximity to the lake and cycle path , stunning views space and freedom of the house offers our guests a very enjoyable holiday,
Canadian canoe is available for guests use too, the port of bout du lac and the village summer markets make this a great place to stay.
The ferry boat that tours the lake stops very close by too.
The linen and towels are included in your stay, we ask that the apartments are left clean and tidy and we take a damage deposit of 200 euro cash on arrival which is refunded on your departure , should the apartment need extra cleaning we will deduct 50euro from the damage deposit.
This property is beautiful ,the level of equipment is excellent is the whole experience of living in a homely environment rather than a hotel room was very relaxing and contributing to the whole holiday ambiance I am looking forward to returning to this property asap
We stayed in the Terrace apartment, which is spacious and well presented -- ideal for a family. We loved the lake and spent some time on the local beach but also visited Talloire and Saint Jorioz (both fabulous with crystal clear water at Jorioz). The nearest restaurant is Chez Ma Cousine ( two minutes walk) -- I'd recommend it for evening drinks but dinner was mediocre. Overall, a great location for a family holiday...
This is the second time that we have stayed at Villa Anne Marie, this time in the Terrace apartment, previously in the Loft apartment. We have had a fantastic holiday on both occasions. The apartments are beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Yvonne and Carl are very approachable and incredibly helpful.
We have 3 children between the ages of 5 and 10 and while the main reason for choosing this location was to water ski on the beautiful Lake Annecy, there was enough to do to keep the children happy when we were not on the water for the two weeks of our stay. I wish it could have been longer, none of us wanted to leave!
The beach at the port and a child friendly mini golf place with a playground (and which also serves food) are both within easy walking distance of the villa, and we went to both often. We also took the water taxi to Annecy, with the pick up point being a very short walk away.
I absolutely love this part of the world and this property in particular and very much look forward to coming back again.
We are two couples who stayed in the Terrace apartment. It was a clean tastefullly decorated and well furnished property. It was a particularly good apartment for two couples or a family as it was very spacious and allowed for privacy and comfort. The location was excellent at the end of the lake, close to the boat for Annecy and an excellent restaurant just across the road. The garden was delightful with lots of chairs to relax in.
Yvonne and Carl were excellent hosts and very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this property.
