About this property

This wonderful and rare townhouse rental is perfectly located in the centre of Cannes. It is right beside the renowned Marché Forville fresh food farmers market. It is 500m from 2 different public beaches, 400m from the Palais de Festivals and has a large selection of restaurants within 1-2 minutes walk. No car needed for stay here with the Express Airport Bus stopping 2 minutes away and the Cannes Train Station 350m away (giving you easy access to Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Italy etc). But if you do want to bring your car there's a convenient public secure car park less than 50m from the townhouse with prices at around €70 per week. You'll struggle to find a better location to stay in Cannes.

The house itself was fully renovated at the start of 2017. It has 5 bedrooms, one of which has its own entrance for extra privacy. There are 4 bathrooms in total. The smallest bedroom has a 190x140cm bed so we recommend this room for 1 person only. That means the townhouse sleeps up to 9 people, with up to 8 in separate beds if required.

The townhouse is fully air-conditioned, has cable TV and wifi internet throughout.

Beautiful stay in Cannes!!

Tres agréable logement. Très bien situé. L’hôte Niall est très aimable et donne beaucoup d’infos utiles. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Wonderful place in the middle of the city

We had an amazing stay, Niall was a great host, he went above and beyond, and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area, including detailed directions. The property was great, 1 block away from restaurants and shops, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Can’t say enough about how perfect the location was, extremely close to everything, including the beach and parking. We parked our cars and didn’t need to use them the entire time as everything was close and easy to get to. Highly recommend and would stay again if we return to Cannes.

Très sympathique séjour cannois

L’hôte est aussi professionnel que sympathique ! La petite maison est bien placée et fonctionnelle (climatisée et nombreuses salles de bains). Privilégiez le parking « forville » à « ferrage » si vous avez une voiture d’une certaine taille (à peine plus loin). En trois mots : super séjour cannois !

Visit during the winter holidays

Great location, very central but quiet. Bedrooms on different floors offer privacy and the beds are extremely comfortable. Little outdoor views and sunlight because of location in narrow alley and frosted windows. The kitchen is sufficiently well appointed to cook full meals taking advantage of the nearby market and food shops. The host was very attentive and communication was prompt and easy. We enjoyed our stay!

A townhouse in such a central location is a wonderfully rare asset that we simply had to buy. It's a short walk from restaurants, shops, beaches, the old town of Cannes, the train station and the airport express bus terminus. Everything you need is just a short walk away.
