This spacious 3 bedroom town house with 2 bathrooms and additional toilet facilities, it is located on the 'New Golden Mile' in Costa del Sol between Marbella and Estepona. Situated in well kept communal gardens it sleeps up to 8 and has its own private garden and spacious sunroof, ideal for BBQ. Two of the bedrooms have their own balcony. The accommodation is suitable for large groups, including those who wish to play golf, one or two families. There is a travel cot, high chair, potty and child toilet sea is provided, there is also a large baby mat for toddlers . The house is within 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and amenities, parking is available on site.

The house have WIFI ( 4G) and IPTV with over 300 channels including the UK channels, plus Sky Sport, Sky Movies and the children channels. There are also European channels. If this entertainment package is not enough there is a DVD player and some DVD's which can keep the children entertained whilst parents are relaxing in the private garden.

The town house is 5 minutes walk from two large supermarkets selling freshly baked bread and fresh produce. The village of Cancelada famous for its restaurants with its weekly market is a 10 minute walk from the property. The five star award winning Villa Padierna with its 18 hole championship golf course Los Flamingos is nearby, so to is the Bel Air Tennis Club. A bus stop is 10 minutes walk from the property with buses to Estepona and Marbella.

Winter bookings - All bedrooms have radiators and the living room has a gas heater, blankets and duvets are provided free of charge.

Apart from the five star award winning Villa Padierna, one of the most prestigious hotels in Malaga where Michelle Obama stayed on holiday, there is also the nearby Barceló Estepona Spa with its luxury spa, and a new well equipped gym, at the back of the Mecadona supermarket.

The property is situated near golf fairways. The property is 15 min driving distance to Puerto Banus and Marbella with luxury shops and night-life. Estepona a typical Spanish town with its many golf fairways are also 15 min drive, with San Pedro a village a 10 minutes drive.

As a reminder the WiFi is 4 G and is available to rent at reasonable rates 25 euros per week, and monthly rate of 80 euros, lower monthly rates for longer lets.

The property was lovely, very clean and spacious.

The stay was lovely the 2 pools are near by always quiet plenty of space, ideal if you don't want to be part of the usual holiday commotion and noise, it is quiet as this is a residential complex, mostly. Supermarkets are just a short walk away as is the local beach with its 2 restaurants/bars. The local bus stop is also with in walking distance giving you access to Estaponia in one direction and Mabelle the other direction. The best beach we found was at Estaponia called Crystal Bay but need to get there early as the sun beds get taken fairly quickly, it has water sports, restaurants and is a gradual slope into the sea, it is also close to the town centre for shopping but not close enough to disturb the beach.

My only quibble about the accommodation is that the air con is only in the lounge downstairs would have been more beneficial upstairs but we got round this by buying a couple of fans.

I would recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of package holidays with everything in easy reach if you want to venture out.

Our stay was an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Very nice&clean house, beach & shops in the near

We have a very good time in the house.

Communication and service were very good. WiFi does not works but it was done quickly. very nice owners . The house was clean . outdoor area and pool were cleaned regulary. The beach is 10 minutes away on foot . A new Lidl / Aldi (4 minutes from the house) was opened shortly after our departure.

Interesting cities are San Pedro, Tarifa, Málaga and Puerto Banus.

San Pedro is very nice for children because there are many playgrounds and water play areas.

Lovely location to relax and unwind

The accommodation was fantastic it was very comfortable & had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival . It really had everything you needed to be able to not worry and just make the most of your hoilday. Would definitely recommend for anybody who is interested in a hassle free break in a beautiful town house.

lovely complex & great swimming pools

we liked the décor and space and the supply of beach equipment in the cupboard! it was a nice touch to find some of the key essentials supplied on our arrival. Our only quibble was the electrics as system seemed unable to cope with our family's simultaneous demands on the electricity. After our initial panic and lots of great support from the owners to locate the fuse box we got used to it. when more serious maintenance work was required it was fixed within 24 hours so we were not left stranded. The electrician came on the Sunday!! The house could do with some more crockery as we as a family of 6 used it all in one sitting and we couldn't leave the dishwasher on to wash while we were out. It was a good location - it was easy with the buses at the bottom of the road to get to Estepona market and to San Pedro marina. Even our 2 year old was walking all the way to the beach by the end of the stay. The kids are still raving about the ice creams from La Antigua on the beach (kit kat flavour on offer); we enjoyed the fahitas at the Mexican restaurant... overall it was a good house and location for us.

A great house !

We had a lovely holiday at this house with our two children. It is set within a beautiful well maintain complex. Two swimming pools which were very quiet.

The complex has lots of Parking and everywhere is very clean

The house is lovely, with a useful kitchen, lots of kitchen tools and pans etc.

the beach is close and has great restaurants on it and very well priced loungers. We used peeps beach for lunch and the one next door for dinner which had a wonderful flamenco show.

It is easy to recommend this house for your holiday.

This property is unique as its design is typically Spanish and is located in beautiful gardens and guest remark on how beautiful the property is, It also has it's own private garden and a large sun terrace where guests have barbecue parties. It has a travel cot for families and also a large play mat for babies who are crawling and toddlers.

The town house is situated in the ‘Bel Air’ urbanisation in Estepona and near Marbella, it is near two large supermarkets both seling freshly baked bread and fresh produce. The village of Cancellda famous for its restaurants with its weekly market is a 10 minute walk from the property. The five star hotel the Villa Padierna one of the most prestigious hotels in Malaga where Michelle Obama stayed on holiday is nearby. The property is situated near golf fairways including the world renowned Los Flamingos 18 hole golf course part of the Villa Padierna . The Bel Air Tennis Club is not far.

A bus stop is 10 minutes walk from the property with buses to Estepona and Marbella. If you wish to explore Malaga by car parking is available in the complex and on nearby roads. Costalita beach is 10 minutes walk away with its restaurants and bars including the Antigua and Pepe's restaurant and bar with its Friday night Flamenco. All the usual water sports are available along the coast.

Winter bookings - All bedrooms contain radiators & blankets and living room a gas heater.

Golf: Championship 18 hole golf course Los Flamingos part of the Villa Padierna nearby.
