The 150 square meter villa is located in Nydalen, beautifully situated on the north-west of Vättern. The area is between Motala and Askersund and about 4 km north of Medevibrunn. It is about 20 km to Motala and Askersund respectively. The house is located in an area built in Norwegian wooded style.
In the area there is a swimming area with a small sandy beach and barbecue areas that are available to tenants. In addition, there are excellent fishing opportunities both from land or from pirars embracing the marina.

On each side of the house are neighbors. On the front there is a common boulebana. On the backside there is a large garden facing the common football field. Nydalen is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and there are many green areas to walk in.

The house is composed of 4 bedrooms (4 single beds and 1 double bed), 1 bathroom with shower and separate bath, toilet and double sinks, the downstairs has 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and bar stools. Large family room with wood burning stove, sofa corner and dining table for 8 persons. From the family room you reach a large wooden deck with barbecue, food group and sun loungers.

The nearest supermarket is after about 10 minutes drive to Nykyrka, which has a well-stocked meat shop with meat dishes, and also sells strawberries from Nykyrkas family farming. There are many farms in the neighboring areas selling closely-produced meat, eggs and vegetables.
