Perched on a hill overlooking the Cretan sea, Villa Le Reve is a modern retreat with dramatic views of the surrounding landscape. The villa uses huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area to take advantage of the incoming light and expansive sea and mountain views creating the same summer feeling in all areas. Relax across the veranda with panoramic views and the immaculate infinity pool, let your senses indulge in a breathtaking panorama of Cretan nature.
Villa Le Reve is a 140 sq. m is fully renovated villa designed to offer direct view to the sea and can accommodate up to six guests.
The main house:
Entering the villa on the first floor there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 40" satellite HDTV, air condition, an indoor dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor veranda with a dining table which also leads you to the pool area.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king size beds, air condition, closet, exit to backyard and one of the bedrooms that is the main bedroom has also a 32" HDTV. The bathrooms are both with shower and one of them also has a washing machine.
The independent studio:
Our independent studio is accessible from its own entrance at outside and it can be fully independent space which can offer more privacy among guests. Entering the studio, there is an open plan area consisting of living room area with a sofa bed, 32" HDTV, a dining table and a small kitchen. The studio has a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 35 sq. m infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea & mountain views
-Sun beds, pool side tables and umbrellas next to the swimming pool
- Ramp available from the house to the pool area to facilitate any guest with mobility issues
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and wood oven
- Outdoor dining table under a pergola, next to the barbecue
- Outdoor dining table in the veranda of the 1st floor
- Vegetable Garden and Chicken coop with garden produce and eggs at your disposal
- Security Camera at the entrance of the villa

- Parking space for 2 cars

AMAZING holliday’s

It’s the first time that i found people like this. the villa of me kostas G vasilakis is one of the most beautiful i’ve ever seen ! i you want a secret and magic place take this villa. During my holliday he’s team was at our service 24/24, they was so nice with us ! they help us to discover the country, everithg was perfectly clean the équipement was perfect ! for sure we gona come back and telle to every friend that we have to go on this villa, thanks you so much go every thing, found people like this is rare ! thanks you for doing all of this ! It was a pleasure ! 10/10 !

Awesome!

What a fantastic view that is! The house is exactly as described. It is the right getaway if you want to leave everything behind. Although there were some minor issues to solve, Eleni and John were always available straight away. It´s quite a bit remote and off regular streets, hence a car is recommended. But don´t go for a tuned one. The gravel road will kill the undercarriage. But it´s worth the effort. The house is just great!

Wonderful peaceful location

We enjoyed our week at Villa Le Reve. Very clean and modern and all staff we dealt with friendly and helpful. We loved having the sea view and not being near to other properties. A car is essential and we found a lovely beach at Bali. Because the start of the week was cloudy the generator ran for quite a long time. We would recommend the villa if you are looking to get away from it all.

Dream villa

From the outset the communication and assistance from Kostas and his team was superb. We arrived on a particularly late flight and John waited for us at the local town well beyond midnight to escort us to the property in its beautiful and secluded location. Ask ahead of time and they will kindly equip the fridge with essentials to allow you to kick back and relax with immediate effect. We were greeted with a huge bowl of fruit which was much appreciated. The views from the superbly equipped apartment are absolutely stunning, accompanied by a large terrace, infinity pool and al fresco dining/cooking area. The apartment has all of the modern essentials you could ever need including, internet, Netflix, DVD players, an array of cooking utensils, dishwashers, washing machines and so on....there’s really no need to leave, but if you do there are plenty of lovely beaches near by. We suggest a car as an essential for supermarket runs and seeing some of the sites of the Island. Book, you won’t be disappointed.

Maison parfaite

Très agréable, bien équipée et vue exceptionnelle. Accueil chaleureux. Très belles balades à faire autour de la maison en pleine nature. Un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêts de la Crète.
