Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces, West Kensington.

Beautiful sunny apartment less than 8 minutes from 3 major tube stations and 6 tube lines.

A fantastic sunny 3 bed apartment set over two floors in this leafy neighbourhood. There is a fully equipped eat in kitchen which leads directly onto a south facing terrace. This terrace is set right in the tree tops and is ideal for having a few drinks whilst catching the last of the sun in the evening or for the first rays at breakfast. Both the terrace and the kitchen seat six.

There is a comfortable sitting room with a large realistic log/gas fire which heats up the room in seconds. Hundreds of books and games.

Two modern bathrooms, one complete with large stand up power shower and heated tiled floor.

The master bedroom has a second terrace leading off it which is perfect for sunbathing or just escaping the family. There is one further double bedroom and a single room with a desk.

5 minutes walk away is Brook Green which has an a playground, space for children to run around in and tennis courts (2 tennis rackets in the flat which you can use)

Wi-Fi, iPod speakers, DVD, Cable tv, washing machine etc all available.

For entertainment you have the famous Hammersmith Apollo theatre, Bush theatre and a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants including, the modern River Cafe and the famous riverside pub 'The Dove', the oldest surviving riverside pub in London. There are several excellent gastro pubs nearby including The Havelock and the Anglesey Arms and the Pope's Eye - a tiny steak house.

A large Tesco's is 5 minutes walk, a Sainsburys 3 minutes away and in the other direction, 6 minutes walk you have the enormous Westfield Shopping Center and Waitrose.... endless shops and restaurants.

A 24 hour M&S garage/food store is between the flat and Westfield.

Parking outside is free on weekends and evenings but a meter must be fed at £2.20 per hour between the hours of nine to five.

Spacious and convenients

We were a party of 5 and spent the week at the flat. Accommodations were great with everything we needed. We utilized the spacious kitchen for bringing in dinners and making breakfasts each morning. Washer was also very convenients and easy to use and internet worked for all of us. Flat was a short walk to a main grocery store (Sainsburys) and Tescos a little further right. Neighhborhood was very nice and easy to navigate. There were alot of transport options. Selina (owner of the flat) was very responsive with emails and questions. I would highly recommend this flat for any larger party as it worked great for us! Thank you very much for making our holiday so nice.

Great Location and Terraces

Really great appartment. Everything worked well. Lovely linen. Amazing Terraces just off the kitchen. I could work from here all day in the sun as the internet was still strong. We were here for 10 days and went everywhere in London using all the different tubes, buses and even the bikes just next to the apartment. Selina left us a lovely bottle of wine and answered all our questions. Very nice stay.

A very comfortable, spacious apartment with lovely views onto the pretty gardens. We were lucky enough to have drinks on the terrace, in November! Highly recommend it and the location is so good for getting in and out of central London.

Great stay, great location

We had a great time in this apartment… It is next to all the transport links and not at all far from Piccadilly where we went to some amazing broadway shows. We normally stay right in the center but this was just as easy and we loved the fireplace and we managed to have lunch on the balcony even in January… We were a bit concerned after we read the review about the mice but luckily we didn’t see anything at all and the internet worked very well. The host answered all our questions very quickly and was always ready to help with any problems. The flat itself was very clean and more spacious than we imagined so that four adults didn’t feel too cramped at all… I would definitely recommend this flat and in fact we are coming back in the summer with our children. It is on the second floor when we expected the ground floor but this was OK.

Lovely flat, great host

I had a lovely stay at Selina's flat. Very nice place, nice furniture, with everything you need to feel at home. We even found flowers and a bottle of wine when we arrived! Very convenient location, as well. Selina was helpful and responsive anytime we needed. We'd love to come back!

The flat is on a quiet leafy residential road in West Kensington and 5-8 minutes walk from 3 tube stations - Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith and Goldhawk Road. Kensington Olympia overland train is only 8 minutes walk. These stations provide access to the Central Line, Circle, Hammersmith and City, and Piccadilly Lines and numerous bus stations.

Situated just west of the well known Nottinghill and Portobello markets and a short bus hop from Kensington High Street. Shepherd's Bush and Brook Green is epitomised by the behemoth Westfield shopping centre, the largest urban mall in Europe. Sounds hellish? It's heavenly.
