Pangea is a brand new, eco-friendly holiday accommodation, modernly designed and designed for both summer and winter hospitality.
A secluded and peaceful oasis with all the comforts ideal for those who want to escape from everyday life without giving up the usual comfort.
It is located just outside the Val d'Orcia on the slopes of Mount Amiata between Seggiano and Montegiovi in a natural and wild environment on the banks of the Ente Torrent but only 15 minutes drive from the main services.
Pangea remains open all year to allow guests to enjoy even the warm autumn days and clear winter days. You can fish on the Ente Torrent, just outside the property, with a special license.
In the fall you will be immersed in the beautiful colors of which the surrounding woods and fields are tinged, while the surrounding Municipalities organize numerous festivals dedicated to new oil, chestnut, porcini mushrooms and new wine.
In winter Mount Amiata offers breathtaking views and, in the presence of snow, the possibility of winter sports.

Most amazing stay

Pangea villa was incredible. A massive space, in the middle of nowhere, well designed modern interior and authentic Italian building outside. Paola and her husband went the extra mile every single day for us, such lovely and friendly people. They even made me a cake for my birthday and gave us a lift home from a local wine tasting. I can’t wait to go back.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern im Alter von 5 bis 13) durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Pangea verbringen. Bereits der Empfang von Paola und Angelo war so herzlich, dass man sich nur wohlfühlen konnte. Das Haus, der Garten mit Sportplatz, der Pool: alles wird liebevoll gepflegt und ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Ein weiteres Highlight für uns war die Außenküche, in der wir täglich das Essen zubereitet haben. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt, alles ist gut durchdacht. Das untere Zimmer samt Bad ist behindertengerecht ausgestattet, was für unsere Freundin, die nach einer OP auf Krücken angewiesen war, eine große Erleichterung darstellte. Paola und Angelo waren unheimlich warmherzige, hilfsbereite und verwöhnende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wirklich heimisch gefühlt und wurden mit offenen Armen empfangen. Cara paola, caro angelo, molte grazie per tutto! Non dimenticheremo mai la nostra vacanza con voi ragazzi e speriamo di tornare un giorno a Villa Pangea. Perfect countryside villa

Stunning villa perfectly embedded in the countryside with great views into the nearby forest and to the hill of Montegiovi. We used the villa for eight people (including three children and one teenager) and felt it very spacious and practical (short ways to the kitchen from outside for example, comfortable entry, all spaces optimally useable for storing, hot water shower outside on the back side of the bar). Everything was as shown on the pictures, very clean and in best shape (we were maybe the fourth or fifth renters). Perfectly maintained 12m-pool with bar. The villa is best to access from Montegiovi, paved road until the last 300 m (after the bridge over the Ente river, but almost flat street section, no 4x4 needed) accessible with normal cars. Even though the lower regions of Tuscany were very hot it was very comfortable in- and outside of the villa Pangea; quite often a soft wind was blowing and temperatures were in maximum at around 30° C (second half of July). The nearby Ente river is a paradise of nature and can be used for cooling and playing around too. The toys in the huge garden were great and fully functional. The outdoor kitchen was regularly used including the grill. The house is fully climatized, the bathrooms were perfect and all windows were equipped with fly screen, therefore the inside was completely insect-free. We twice had a local inhouse-chef for cooking, which was a great pleasure. Almost every day we got vegetables from the vegetable garden on site. The surrounding vineyards are all worth visiting and have very high-quality wines (especially Hortulanus (Podere Bugnanese) and Castello di Potentino). Supermarkets are present in Arcidosso, great bakery (Corsini) in Castel del Piano. Weekly markets in surrounding towns are worth visiting and have great local products. The owner couple (Paola and Angelo) cleaned the pool every morning in the early hours when we were still sleeping. Daily water quality control for low chloride of the water, which was very comfortable avoiding red eyes especially for the children. They gave us a lot of information for sightseeing and restaurants. The garden was green even though we didn’t have much rain and it was dry at least six weeks before we arrived. We enjoyed the villa and the great garden for two weeks and hope renting it again. Absolutely recommendable!

Perfect Property

We loved every minute of our stay at Pangea Villa. The house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool area with the bar as well as the barbecue area are amazing! The owners of the property are very lovely people!
