New house at the beginning of the village of Sotta, 12 to 15 minutes from Figari and its airport and Porto-Vecchio and its dream beaches.
Composed of 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with shower room, 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 separate toilet, a kitchen with island open to the living room, an area of approximately 130m² with access to an above ground pool common to another adjoining dwelling.
A beautiful equipped wood terrace and views of the mountain of I Cagni, the house is in a quiet countryside, it has an alarm system and a small safe, the access is only for the property. The linen is included (sheets + towels + tea towels), there is a washing machine available in the cellar adjoining the kitchen, the exposure is facing south.
