This luxurious villa, built on a very private 3/4 acre lot, sits well back from the road. Mature oak and palm trees line the driveway to this beautiful villa which is a mile from Manasota beach and five minutes drive to major stores and restaurants. Free wireless internet.

The large pool area offers complete privacy and overlooks a small pond and bird preserve. Palm trees to the rear add a special feature. At construction the upgrades throughout to create a luxury standard which is immediately noticeable with faux painted columns and other feature areas. The master and guest suites have king beds.

Great peaceful location

We liked this villa - close to the beach and easy access by road to shopping and links to other key roads. You can walk to the beach (about 15-20 min walk) or an easy 5 min drive. Parking at the beach is free, although remember to bring your own drinks and food as there aren't any shops next to the beach to buy from. The beach is beautifully clean, and many gather to watch the sunset. The bed/mattress in the 2nd master suite is very hard. We had a few issues, but Gareth is very approachable and sorted everything as quickly as he could. Gareth lives locally which is a huge plus. The outside furniture is quite tired and the cushions seem rough to sit on, so we covered them with a towel. However, these are small points and overall we were very pleased and would be happy to return. Very Happy to recommend this villa if you like somewhere quiet, close to the beach, but also has easy access to local shopping and main roads.

Great vacation villa

We have just spent 3 fabulous weeks in this villa.The property sits well back off the road, and with the pool area not overlooked, this gives the villa the feeling of total privacy. The layout and decor are lovely, with ample room for 2 families to stay.The music system allows you to listen in all bedrooms, kitchen and the pool area. Great idea. This is a great location for access to the beach which is about 3 minutes drive away,shops are 10 minutes away on US41 and I-75 only 15 minutes away. Gareth has been very helpful during our stay, right down to the nice little welcome pack,just what is needed after long journey. I have no hesitation in recommending this or any other of Gareths properties for your next Florida vacation. Molyneux / Darling families.

Luxury of home and more!

We came for a week of relaxation and found it here! This house was beautiful and very comfortable. There was everything we needed for the week. The kids loved the pool, and being so close to the beach. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was very convenient to shopping, beaches, restaurants. The owner also recommended a Captain for a charter fishing trip that met all of our expectations! We would recommend and stay here again!

Loved Manasota Manor!!

My family of 5 just came back from spending a week at this wonderful property. It was as beautiful as it looks in all of the pictures...extremely clean and well-maintained. Although we never had cause to contact the property owner while we were there, he was very helpful and courteous during booking. I would recommend this property to anyone! Loved the single level design of the house where the pool and backyard are visible from most rooms. The area was quietly peaceful, with no high rise buildings in sight. Enjoyed several of the gorgeous local beaches and state parks. Shopping and restaurants were close by. Having rented several vacation houses in the past, this is by far our favorite.

Spectacular Villa

This is the most beautiful vacation home we have come across in all our years of trying to find the perfect place. Every single thing you need to make your vacation perfect is right here at Manasota Manor. Immaculate inside and out. The grounds are gorgeous and so private you will not want to ever go back home. The owners have thought of everything down to fishing rods if you like to fish. Floats for the magnificent huge pool, umbrella, beach chairs and coolers for the beach which is so close to this villa. 2 minutes and you are enjoying the beach and 2 minutes back you are enjoying this luxurious villa and awesome pool. Thank you dear friends for tipping us off for giving Manasota Manor a heads up, way up. We will never vacation anywhere else again. Thanks to Gareth and Eileen our gracious hosts......we shall return. Last thing I can say to all reading this review is "BOOK IT". You will thank us for the tip!
