The cottage is situated on the grounds of a 16th-century bourgeoise manor, a haven of tranquillity, ideally situated for adventurers to discover the most historic area of France - The Vendee. Ideally situated for holidaymakers or for long winter rentals for those house hunting, with storage sheds, horse stables, and grazing pasture available.
The beautiful Vendée region is known for its long summer days, courtesy of its unique micro-climate. Its rolling “bocage” countryside hides a thriving tourist economy, with many local attractions such as the Puy du Fou – voted the world’s best theme park, walking and cycling paths, water sports, fishing spots, fine restaurants, and some of the best sandy beaches in Europe.
