Polanco perfection!

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Super clean and comfortable for a family with two teens. The morning breakfast was also wonderful! We will definitely stay again!

Stayed previously, but a bit disappointed this time

We have stayed at this property previously and very much enjoyed our stay. This time was for almost 2 weeks. We continued to be very satisfied with the location, safety, the front/door and kitchen staff and breakfast served and is based on this alone would readily stay here. However, the condition of the room was a bit in disrepair for example, the bathroom towel racks are pulling from from the walls and wallpaper is peeling from the edges. The daily cleaning only included a poorly made bed and trashes were not daily emptied. This was surprising as last time the housekeeping was exemplary, It is still good place to stay, Howevrr, the things that made it exceptional in the past have been downgraded in service and quality. Another example, Molten Brown bath products were replaced mid stay by a brand unknown to us. However, the biggest issue was that we chose to return again in the summer as we knew the property had a pool that we could enjoy given the heat. However, the back courtyard to include the pool, is covered with a blue tarp and construction/repairs are are happening. Had we known this, we would have chosen differently. Given the ad features pictures of the pool and courtyard as it was not discussed or highlighted this was not expected.

This is our second time staying here. The location is perfect! So close to shops and restaurants, museums and Chapultepec Park. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff and the security guards were all very friendly. The kitchen had most everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
