Lovely Villa, excellent location

Our second stay in this villa and it didn’t disappoint. Everything we needed was included. We had a couple of queries which were answered quickly and efficiently. Situated only a few minutes walk from the strip with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarket and bus stops. Would definitely book again.

Villa Elenitsa

Arrived at Villa Elenitsa and was pleasantly surprised.....it looked even better than the pictures. The property people...Simon and his daughter were a great help. Small problem with the safe and TV. Rectified ASAP....thanks. The only niggles were the lack of storage space in bedroom 2 upstairs en suite.....nowhere to put toiletries except on the floor..... and a 4 slice toaster would have helped the breakfast rush. Absolutely no complaints about the villa and I would book again. I would also recommend to friends. Thank you for a trouble free excellent vacation.

Enjoyable stay

The villa suited 3 generations well and had all the necessities required. Pool area and outside space was excellent and the children were very sad to leave. Table tennis was a bonus. Close to the Strip so if you want lively evenings after a day in the sun, the villa would be a very good choice for you. The owner was excellent in communicating.

Great Location

This lovely villa is in an excellent location, 2 mins walk to the main strip, 5 mins walk to the supermarket and 10 mins walk to the beach. The listing was accurate - great size pool, well equipped kitchen and working air con in every room. Plenty of storage, insect screens, lovely balcony with sea views and covered driveway if you have a car. The street is pretty and quiet, with a few other villa rentals - you can hear some noise from the Main Street (interesting karaoke on Friday/Saturday!!) but it didn’t disturb us. Lovely shade over the pool from a palm tree in the middle of the afternoon which was very welcome in the August heat!! About 35-40 min drive to airport, just 20 mins to Paphos itself. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within just a few mins walk. Tea bags and milk portions were provided for an arrival cuppa and all bathrooms had soap and toilet paper. Very comfortable stay here - I would recommend.

Very happy with the villa..

The villa was excellent, clean and private. The only small issue was bad connection on the TV.. The management company sent a technician to deal with this.. but the connection still wasn’t great after.. all in all very pleased with the villa though, would definitely go back!!

The owners are an English professional couple, now retired, who spend several months each year in the villa so ensuring its of a standard and level of comfort befitting their second home.

Why they chose this property

We bought the villa due to its fantastic location, so close to the main strip and beaches, a short drive or bus ride to Paphos, and large plot, so we can spend time tending the beautiful gardens when not laying in the pool or indulging in our passion of table tennis. A real home from home.

What makes this property unique

We completely refurbished the pool, enlarged it’s size with Roman steps, installed pool heating for the winter, a log burner, and finally renewed the kitchen so that the villa is exactly as we would want it had we built it from scratch. In 2018 we fixed permanent shading to the main outside terrace. The master en suite bathroom has been completely renewed in winter 2018 to a lovely standard, with an LED lit mirror, the cloakroom completely refitted also with an LED mirror and the other 2 bathrooms have been upgraded.
