This duplex terraced house, located in a quiet residence, will allow you to fully enjoy your holidays with the possibility of doing without a vehicle. Located near the village of Sainte-Luce, its typical restaurants and the Gros Raisin beach, you will be able to appreciate the West Indian life "no stress" and meet those whose daily life it is. For walkers, runners, athletes of all levels, the coastline at 200 m is one of the most charming in Martinique with its health trail, its beaches and its coconut palms. Surprises and discoveries will pleasantly enhance your stay. For those who want to land, the pool is there to relax and will delight children. With its three air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and its two bathrooms, up to 6 people can be accommodated and nothing is lacking in the equipment of the house to prepare the fish bought in the morning directly from the fisherman nearby or wash and dry your swimsuit and towel to enjoy the beach you can see from the bedroom. Fancy a little aperitif with friends? Go to the aperitif corner or on the deckchairs where the mango tree will protect you naturally from the sun. The fitness corner will allow you to stay in shape to eliminate the excesses of the previous day.

Très bonnes vacances dans une super maison

Merci à Sophie et Christophe À notre arrivée vers 21 heures nous avons eu un super accueil et en plus Christophe nous avait acheté des victuailles pour le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin et offert un très bon planteur. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien placée á 200 m de la plage gros raisins et 10 mn á pieds du centre ville . La partie extérieure ainsi que l’intérieure de la maison sont très sympa et conforme aux photos. Le luxe c’est que la piscine est chauffée il y a une pompe à chaleur qui maintien les 30 c . Bref nous recommandons vivement cette maison

Incroyable sur toute la ligne

Un séjour incroyable, dans une villa incroyable. C'est prêt de tout à pied! en plus d'être un merveilleux petit coin de paradis. Les hôtes sont tous simplement parfait. L'accueil que nous avons eu était tout simplement au dessus de tous ce que nous aurions pu imaginé. L'endroit est propre, bien aménager, confortable et chaleureuse. Je recommande déjà à mon monde d'y aller :) Merci Christophe et Sophie, nous allons clairement se revoir dans votre coin de paradis. :)

Excellent séjour

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la qualité d’accueil de notre hôte et sa disponibilité. Christophe et Sophie ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Connaissant bien la Martinique nous avons apprécié l’emplacement à Sainte Luce .
