Gorgeous cottage but very dirty in places
Cottage was lovely but very dirty and in need of tlc, no hoover available just brushes and mops so impossible to clean properly in places like the bedroom there was a build up of dead insects in the window blinds and window sills; broken tiles in the kitchen all pretty minor stuff all easily sorted with a decent clean. tv remote didnt work properly and dvd doesnt have one so very limited control playback only again minor stuff again both very old ordinarilywould have been an issue except it was xmas about the only time we watch it ...Internet very sketchy as it piggybacks the nextdoor... the only real issue was the toilet had a nasty smell which seemed to come from an vent pipe in the corner of the hallway/loo so we kept window open

Pleasant stay with lovely surroundings
I stayed at the cottage with my husband and my dog. The primary reason was to visit the coast. It is about 50 minutes from Durdle Door and about an hour to Studland bay but the drive was beautiful and the destinations were well worth the journey. Closer to the cottage we enjoyed evening walks over the downs. The cottage provided a comfortable base for us and Dean was helpful and welcoming.
