About Mr & Mrs Bull

We live on the mainland but just loved coming to the island walking and bringing our family. We bought a chalet for our own use and loved it so much thought it

would be a good idea to share our experience with others by buying another and renting it for others to holiday there.

Mr & Mrs Bull purchased this chalet in 2011

Why Mr & Mrs Bull chose Isle of Wight

We chose Cosyend as it was tucked in a quiet corner of the site safe for children with a great view of Culver Down.

What makes this chalet unique

The chalet offers cosy comforts of home and we have fitted the chalet with all the needs of a family on holiday. We welcome dogs to enjoy the walks on the

beach and surrounding countryside.

Fantastic holiday property in great location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in The Burrows for half term. The property was well equipped and well decorated. Perfect base for our family holiday. Our 2 children (6 and 18months) loved playing on the grass with other children from the chalets and we felt very safe.

A very short walk to the beach at Yaverland and close to so many things to do on the island.

On top of this the communications from Jan were brilliant and it was lovely to have that personal touch. Will definitely return, thank you for a great holiday.

  • 5 of 5

The Burrows chalet is well kept and did a good job as a based for 2 adults 2 kids and a dog. We would happily return.

The site is simple but pretty and great location for walking to the beach or a quick drive into Sandown centre.

It is a good base for us and our dog! We will certainly stay at the Burrows again. Thanks Jan for a great place to stay and great customer service!

small but perfectly formed...

  • 5 of 5

We stayed with our 2 spaniels in September 2014. Upon arrival at the chalet site we were slightly disappointed with the look of the park, row upon row of chalets. But after all it was a chalet park... However, appearances proved to be deceptive. Firstly the chalet : it had everything we needed, was very clean and beautifully decorated. We also received a warm welcome from Jan, the owner. Next, the location- literally 3 minutes from a beautiful sandy beach which is dog friendly all year round. It is also within an easy walk of Sandown. This was our first visit to the IOW and we would not hesitate to come again : great chalet, great walking, great beaches, great pub food. All 4 of us had a fantastic week that was great value for money. Recommended !
