About the Owner

We live on the mainland but just loved coming to the island walking and bringing our family. We bought a chalet for our own use and loved it so much thought it

would be a good idea to share our experience with others by buying another and renting it for others to holiday there.

Chalet at Sandown

  • 5 of 5

Excellent chalet in quiet area. Everything as advertised. Clean sheets and towels left for 2nd week. Great to have washing machine as we were there for 2 weeks. No additional money required for meter. Scenic walk into Sandown. Beach and sea amazing. Weather was very hot. Enjoyed many lovely cycle runs from chalet

Excellent chalet, beautiful place to stay

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed at 'Cosy End' now for the past 3 years and we absolutely love it, always trying to book it again for the next year as soon as we come home. The owners are always so helpful and you do not want for anything in the chalet, there is a washing machine and all you need. It is set on a quiet site, but is nice as you are virtually on the beach. I loved walking down to the beach with my dog every morning. You are pretty central to explore the island. I would definately recommend 'Cosy End' to anyone it is in a fantastic position, really good value for money. Will be back next year.

Great chalet, very friendly people, great location

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely the prettiest and most confortable chalet in the entire park. Great kitchen including the washing machine, very pracical. It was a surprise for us to receive fresh bed linen after one week. Great! Also nice to have a drawer with books and a great many information flyers and booklets about the isle. We'll be back :-)

Modern, clean and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

We have just had a lovely holiday in "The Burrows" My first impressions were that it was very clean and had been modernised to a high standard. It was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. We explored the whole island and everywhere was very accessible by car from where we were. It was very quiet at night as there is no club house or any other facilities on the site which suited us although it may not suit others. Plenty of large grass areas for children to play in. I was impressed with the service that I received from the owners who always responded promptly to any queries I had prior to my holiday and whilst we were there and needed a new battery for the smoke alarm I contacted the owner who sent someone round that day to replace it. Great customer service. All in all we had a fantastic week on the island and would love to go back - we crammed so much into one week but really needed longer. Great value and a lovely comfortable chalet that I would definitely stay in again.

Cosy End Chalet

  • 5 of 5

Had a wonderful stay at the 'Cosy End' Chalet, really felt like home. A modern and cosy environment that was great for us (a couple) but would easily be as good for a family. Chalet was fully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need, green outside for games, relaxing and only a short walk from the sea with wonderful views of Sandown and Yaverland. Jan and Brad were very welcoming, helpful and we will definitely being using them again for future stays on the Isle of Wight. Could go on forever about our wonderful holiday spent here but you will have to experience it for yourself.
