The city apartment 17 is a recently renovated apartment of 94 sqm. at the center of Athens. It is located in a very close distance from the remarkable sights of the town and it simultaneously offers the calmness of a quiet neighborhood.
In distance of just one minute there is the bus station that can provide you an easy and quick access at historical monuments and sights like Acropolis, Plaka , Monastiraki ,museum of Acropolis and the archeological museum.
The park of Pedio Areos that is located 300 meters away from the apartment is one of the biggest parks of the town, with ideal paths for walkers and athletes.
The city apartment 17 can host up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms, with a double king size bed and two singles. The sitting room can turn into an independent room with a spacious sofa bed, which can host two persons. It provides as well a crib and a feeding seat for a baby up to 3 years old.
It is about an apartment fully equipped with all the amenities and decorated with personal care.
It has a fully equipped bath with bathtub, towels, shampoo, bubble bath, soap and hair dryer. There is also a washing machine-dryer, detergents , drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The perfect respite place

Katerina was the perfect host! She was quick to respond to questions before and during the trip and went out of her way to make sure our trip ran smoothly! Her apartment was the perfect clean and cool respite from the summer heat after a day of sight seeing. It was within walking distance of the metro, bus, restaurants, and market. A perfect location!

Super Wohnung mit sehr netter Vermieterin

Die Wohnung liegt in netter Umgebung, ist absolut ruhig, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, geräumig, mit 2 Balkonen. Alles hat prima geklappt. Katerina ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect!

Staying in this spacious apartment in Gizi made us feel like real Athenians! Our host made us feel very welcome; we felt very comfortable in the apartment and safe in the neighborhood. We never wanted to leave! Thank you for having us !!! <3 :)

Ottima location

Appartamento bello, spazioso, molto pulito ed arredato con gusto. La posizione, anche se leggermente decentrata, è ottima per vivere la vera Atene ed al contempo muoversi senza difficoltà. Mezzi pubblici frequenti e veloci proprio dietro casa, così come un supermercato fornito a nemmeno 50 m. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e grazie ancora a Katerina, ospite molto attenta e sempre disponibile. Raccomando senz'altro questo appartamento.

My husband George and I have a beautiful family raising two wonderful children. We like living in Athens. We enjoy visiting archaeological sights, galleries, watching movies and theatrical performances as well as having long walks by the sea. I like to engage in many activities but my great love is painting. I am studying Fine and Applied Arts at the AUTH University, in Thessaloniki.

Why they chose this property

This apartment was my mother's home and my sister and me spent our holidays there. I have very beautiful and warm memories in this house. So when I decided to dispose of the apartment for rent I wanted our guests to feel at home, comfortable and hospitable!

What makes this property unique

I like living at the apartment because all the sights, the shopping center or the night life are close enough and yet the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I can also park my car on the streets around the building and not afraid of charges by the town police. I use the public transportation (metro, buses) , the stops are really close!
