The Apartment is located in the pretty town of Carrara which offers a real Italian experience.

The Apartment is ideally located within easy access to the local amenities. The lovely sandy beach with good facilities is also within walking distance.

The apartment was ideal for us private and clean and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering.

For those, like us, wishing to explore Tuscany, Carrara is an ideal base. Information was available at the apartment regarding the places of interest around the area; we found this very useful. There is a bus stop next to the house en route to the train station, however, the train station is within walking distance. We found the train service to be very accessible for exploring; avoiding the hassle of hiring, driving and parking a car!

We hope to go back again soon and explore some more!

Nice apartment

I stayed last August with my partner and 12 year old son. The property was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. Nadia and her family were welcoming and helpful. I didn't hire a car but with the train station only 20-30 minutes walk we were able to visit Pisa, Florence and Rome with ease. The resort has all you need and live music playing most evenings creates a wonderful atmosphere. There are lots of restaurants near the beach or wonderful takeaway pizza if you don't feel like going out (or you could cook). Not sure if there is much for families with very young children, would recommend hiring a car if you have little ones. It's worth learning a little itailian as english was not widely spoken outside of the main cities. We try to explore new places when we go on holiday but I must admit I would be tempted to go back.

Characteristics: The club is situated in the middle of a typical landscape with terraced olive groves and is, despite its modest size, an excellent example for how a golf course can be built on a small area with a technically challenging result. With its picturesque view on the nearby Lèrici this golf course puts particularly players with a low handicap to the test.
