Europe Beach House with Swimming Pool

House located 800 meters, 12 minutes walk from the beach of Manta Rota, inserted in a private condominium of ten houses with swimming pool and parking, equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, with private barbecue and outdoor table.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, 4 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with hydromassage bath and 2 without shower). It has a fully equipped kitchen with table for 4 people, the dining and living room are together, composed of 2 large sofas and dining table for 12 people.

It is surrounded by good cafes, restaurants and local shopping stores is the perfect retreat to start a restful holiday.

For each guest, after 8 guests, a fee of € 20 / night will be charged, except for the months of July and August which will be € 40 / night. You should consult the owner and request a quote.

Perfect location and very clean villa

The villa is in a great location. A car isn’t essential, but if you want to travel to other parts of the Eastern Algarve you would need one. The gorgeous beach, bars, restaurants and a good supermarket are all within a few minutes walk. The villa itself is large with 4 beds and 4 baths. The house had everything we needed and the WiFi was great, but the satellite tv is only Portuguese. The pool area is lovely too. A few seconds walk from the villa and deserted when we stayed. Although there is space outside at the front and the back, it isn’t large, but there is a bbq and furniture. The beds are all doubles, no king size or twins and they are very hard, so bear that in mind if you are tall or have a bad back!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Valeur sûre pour nous

Résidence à +/- 900 m de la plage, facilement faisable à pied. Piscine commune à la petite résidence. C'est pour nous une valeur sûre !

Férias em família

A casa é espaçosa e com ar condicionado em todos os quartos, mas nos quartos do último andar tem pouca arrumação e um dos quartos tem a cortina avariada (de manhã fica logo com muita luminosidade). Vários candeeiros não funcionam. A praia ainda é longe para quem tem crianças. A piscina é suficiente mas não tem espreguiçadeiras disponíveis.

Correu bem. Espectaculo. Só um pouco afastado da praia indo a pé. Como gosto ne deslocar. De resto voltarei a repetir. Um bem haja.

Ferias em Familia

Casa excelente para ferias em familia. A casa é enorme e exatamente como está na descricao e nas fotos. Tudo muito limpo e funcional. Excelente terraço com barbacue para uns bons grelhados. Tem todas as condicoes e utensilios para receber uma familia grande conforme o meu caso. O condominio é muito tranquilo e a piscina boa e limpa. A praia fica a 15 minutos a pé. Gostei muito da forma simpatica com que a D.Joana e o Sr.Armindo responderam sempre ás nossas duvidas. Obrigado.
