About this property

House located 4 km from El Castillo de las Guardas, in a village called Minas del Castillo de las Guardas.
The house is very quiet and cozy, surrounded by nature, perfect to relax and unwind. It is ideal for groups of friends, families, perfect to go with children.
There are several hiking trails nearby and the animal reserve is very close. You can also visit nearby towns such as Aracena and Minas de Rio Tinto.

Minas del Castillo is an old mining village, formerly inhabited by the miners of the La Florita mine. Currently all the houses are renovated but retain their charm. It is very quiet, there are no shops but every morning a delivery boy arrives who takes everything in his van, also the baker arrives every day. The only establishment is a bar where you usually meet neighbors and people on hiking trails or families who are spending the day.

¡Estupenda casa!

La casa está situada en una aldea que, si vas con niños, es muy tranquila para que ellos disfruten sin peligro. Es tal cual sale en las fotos, cómoda, de una sola planta (para personas con movilidad reducida esto es importante) y con cocina equipada de todo. Porche delantero donde disfrutar del sol, patio con una barbacoa, y zona con piscina (tendremos que repetir en verano para poder disfrutar de ella). La reserva del Castillo de las Guardas está a tan sólo 500m. Lo único es que es aconsejable llevar la compra hecha ya que por aquella zona no hay casi comercios donde poder acercarse si falta algo. Pero referente a la casa, estupenda, y sus propietarios, Paco y Manoli, simpáticos y atentos.

Acogedora

Sitio tranquilo y acogedor, no falta un detalle en la casa. Limpieza de 10. Muy cercano a la reserva del castillo de la guarda, 2 min en coche. Repetiremos sin duda

Positiva en todo aspecto

La casa está bien predispuesta para acoger huéspedes en Invierno, hay calefactores por todas las habitaciones. Es ideal para 8-10 personas, está bien ubicada, a lado de la reserva y a pocos km de Riotinto. La aldea se encuentra en un entorno natural que se podrá disfrutar más en primavera y otoño. El dueño Paco, muy atento y disponible a proporcionar informaciones. Ideal para desconectar de la ciudad y de la rutina. Si hay que encontrarle algún defecto, tal vez el hecho de que tengas la incomodidad de que tengas que llevarte tus propias sábanas y toallas, pero por otro lado de esta manera se gana igiene. En resumen es muy recomendable y a un precio honesto
