The accommodation has been created from the only large environment in which an animal originally turned, usually a horse to transmit the movement through gears to the mill of the adjacent oil mill.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a built-in kitchenette, a fireplace, a TV corner and a large dining table. Bathroom with shower and closet-laundry made from an ancient cistern for the collection of rainwater that were used by the mill for the pressing of olives. Upstairs large open gallery on the living room with double bed. Furniture predominantly antique. International TV and Internet wlan. Direct access to the private area equipped for outdoor dining.

Escape from the everyday life and recover

A quiet, romantic little spot earth. The Appartment is generous, very clean and house-technically flawless and disposes even of WiFi. A wonderfully situated pool, with great look in the valley, is in a separeted aerea near the house.. Shopping possibilities for food are in approx. 1 km and also in the nearby little town Camaiore where are shops nearly of everything, enough available. For signseeingtours and shopping- excursions are richly opportunities: Pisa approx. 40 kms, Lucca approx. 50 kms and Florence approx. 90 kms to call only a few examples. What a gorgeous place! The oil mile on top of the mountain with a view on the Apennines (Monte Montana) as well as to the sea and Lago di Massaciuccoll. The pool in the middle of the olive trees and all well taken care of by Francesca and Alessandro. They really enjoy to take care about the house and all the guests. The apartment is not only stuffed with a washing machine and a dish washer – it is also the style… You really see that there is a lot of love and personal involvement in all the apartments and with the interior. The next village is only about 5 minutes to walk away with may 40 houses but 2 bars and 2 excellent restaurants (1 Pizzeria). Drive to Lucca is ~30 minutes, to the ocean ~20 minutes over wonderful small mountain streets. Thanks so much Francesca and Alessandro – we will come back one day. Beautiful quite place

Casa francesca 3 is a wonderful place, very quiet, the view is amazing and the appartment as the garden is very well maintained and in perfect shape. The appartment was also very well renovated in typical Toscany style. We also enjyoed the especially with our kids the large garden, it a great place for the whole family and we often enjoyed using the barbeque in the garden. The owners are very friendly and always helpful. We only can recomend the place and for sure will come again. Where great vacation.

holyday in camaiore

Casa francesca is the perfect and wonderful place, very quiet, the view is amazing..the garden and pool with the view of mountain and sea is fantastic..the house is very clean, comfortable and very typical tuscan's home! .alessandro and francesca are beautiful owners. i hope comeback the next summer!

Charming suite in Tuscany

Beautiful and secluded mountain top suite. We visited in early autmn and wanted to see the main areas of Lucca, Firenze, and the Cinque Terre. Great tips from our hosts on doing all. The pool and hot tub looked very inviting and private but we were too on the go to slow down and enjoy them. We would highly recommend!
