Peaceful,contemporary, high specification, fully furnished coastal accommodation

The property comprises own bright entrance hall, newly fitted bathroom,new contemporary white gloss kitchen, comprising hob, cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery. Living room with wall mounted TV/DVD player and additional sleeping facilities. Double Bedroom fully co-ordinated with luxury divan. All bed linen and towels are provided.

To the rear of the Garden Rooms there is a secluded garden area with table and seating for 6. There is also a BBQ facility.

Comfortable and clean.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Local friendly pubs were only a short walk away as was the local convenience store and Chinese takeaway. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly return next year.

Lovely relaxing stay

Property was well kept, clean and tidy. Has all the amenities and essentials required for a short stay. We stayed as a family of four, was comfortable but there was 1 double bedroom & 1 futon sofa bed. The kids shared the bedroom and Mark had offered a separate put-up bed for one but this would have impacted on space. The children were happy to share the double bed with their own sleeping bags though so no problems really. Could have done with blackout curtains in the bedroom if staying with children as they were up super-early with the sunrise!

There is an area in the garden for guest use however we were allowed the run of the whole garden which the kids loved - a lovely peaceful relaxing garden.

A short walk takes you to the harbour, again very peaceful and nice evening walk.

Ideally located for access to A27, Chichester & surrounding areas.

Convenient, lovely hosts, dreadful Internet

Mark is a very welcoming host and always happy to help.

However it was really important I had internet during my 3 week stay, which just didn't happen despite it being clearly included in the ad. It worked for about one full day the whole time I was there and I spent countless hours trying to get it resolved with no luck. I ended up having to buy additional data on my phone and hotspotting which was far from ideal. Very disappointing given that I'd paid for accommodation that supposedly included wifi, then had to pay for extra myself, and especially as previous renters had also had the same problem as referred to in reviews. Nothing had been done to fix the problem.

The place is cosy but dusty and lots of cobwebs around the place.

The location was great.

ideal short break

Myself and friends stayed in Prinsted for a long weekend. Mark and his family couldn't have been more welcoming or attentive , but never intrusive. Vital local knowledge was available to pick out the more select places to enjoy and meal or evening drink. Firmly recommend the Royal Oak at Langstone for a visit. The lovely garden was idea to relax in when back from visiting the many attractions in the area, with BBQ and seating for us all , together with the relaxing sound of the fountain in the pond. The accommodation was spotless , with all that you need, with up to date attractive decor, and all easily accessible being all on the ground floor. To top it all the dog was welcomed, and even played with! Ideal base for walking in the area.

excellent , just need to improve broadband!!!

Perfectly positioned between Emsworth and Chichester. A short walk brings you to Prinsted shore, where the peace and tranquillity is very restful. We spent most evenings sitting on a bench enjoying the view. Our hosts were everything you could wish for, kind and considerate, but not intrusive. We were welcomed with some beautiful flowers and a tea tray. Lovely after a tiring 250 mile journey. The property is modern and comfortable and we had use of the well tended garden. We stayed for ten days and looked forward to going back each evening. Highly recommended.

We are situated within Chichester Harbour - an Area of Outstanding Beauty. Close to Goodwood and the historic city of Chichester. The accommodation is sited in the peaceful hamlet of Prinsted and is just a short walk from the bay.

The bright and modern apartment has been built and furnished to a high standard. Accommodation comprises lobby entrance, fitted kitchen, breakfast area, double bedroom, large lounge with extra sleeping facilities and fitted bathroom with large shower enclosure.

To the rear of the property there is a secluded area within the beautiful walled garden incorporating a dining and barbecue area. There is plenty of on street parking.

There is an abundance of leisure activities on the doorstep all centred around the harbour and the glorious surrounding countryside of the South Downs. Local shops, bars, eateries and a Michelin starred restaurant are all within easy reach - Emsworth 1 mile. Chichester and Goodwood are also easily accessible for those special outings.
