Great care has been taken to restore all of the original features, including vaulted ceilings, an open fireplace, and beamed ceilings. Meanwhile, all the modern conveniences have been incorporated.
Each apartment is self-contained; and each has its own entrance. Each apartment offers a terra-cotta patio and outdoor furniture. The kitchen in each of the apartments/cottages has built in cabinets, tall refrigerators, 4 burner hobs, built oven, microwave, etc. Air conditioning , smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector.

The summer evenings in San Gimignano and close by villages listing to music having amazing Gelato, brousing in the Art Galleries or just sitting on my patio watching the sky for a falling stars! This I love to share with my guests...

We have 2 excellent restaurants walking distance, where you can enjoy a meal and a glass of wine without having to drive. The small shop/deli offers an excellent choise of local products and fresh fruit and dairy. They have a delivery of fresh bread and croissants every morning.
The place to be for art enthusiast, gourmet cuisine and wine enthusiasts!
Castelfalfi Golf Course, Less than 10 minute drive. Stables are also nearby, walking , biking, trekking.
