Ideal Alsace Location

The property is very well appointed with all the facilities and amenities you require. The location is quiet and peaceful. The property is within 400 metres of the canal which is great for traffic free bike rides.The family are very welcoming and hospitable, ready to provide advice on the area. It is only a short drive to the Vosges Mountains, the vineyards and interesting places to visit such as Mulhouse, Basel, and Colmar.

A perfect gite

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful gite. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the hospitality and kindness shown by Jean, Marie and Beatrice. The gite's grounds are picturesque and it is lovely to be able to sit outside on the terrace. Inside the gite is very well looked after and has everything you need. Jean was very informative with advice and tips on things to do in the local area and there are many excellent days out to be had from Heidwiller. We would especially recommend a visit to the local restaurant and a bike ride along the canal. Europa park, which is an amazing theme park in Germany, is also well worth a visit and is only about an hours drive away, Thanks again Jean and Marie. Hopefully we will see you again! Rose and Danny

Super séjour

Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour au frais pdt la canicule! Hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux. Logement super agréable, propre et bien équipé. Nos enfants et nous même avons apprécié le petit jardin et petits déjeuner en terrasse. Tout pour passer un agréable séjour au calme. Bien situé, tout à disposition en 10 minutes en voiture. Lieux touristiques, découvertes et détente à proximité et autres à moins d'une heure en voiture. Merci beaucoup!

Wunderbar

Gut ausgestattetes Haus, mit geräumiger Terrasse in einem separat zum Haupthaus gelegenen idyllischen Garten. Die große Linde spendete uns Schatten in der Mittagshitze. Colmar ist 50 Km entfernt. Wir waren mit Hund dort und er konnte das ganze Grundstück erkunden, das alles eingezäunt ist. Abends machten wir einen Spaziergang am Kanal Rhône au Rhin, der in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar war. Altkirch ist 6 Autominuten entfernt und hat einen fantastischen Supermarkt. Im Centre L‘Éclerc findet man alles was man braucht. Wir konnten die Seele baumeln lassen und uns gut ausruhen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Marie-Adrienne, Béatrice und Jean😘
