About this property

In the Assy Plateau facing south with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, listed at the Passy tourist office. Full foot, pleasant and sunny (6 to 8 people). 3 minutes from the village center and the bus stop for Plaine Joux. Three bedrooms + 1 new sofa bed in the living room: two of the bedrooms are equipped with shower and sink, one bedroom with independent bathroom, 2 toilets. Kitchen. Basement for storing skis and drying clothes. Washing machine and dryer available. Terrace and living room facing south, view of Mont Blanc. The house consists of this cottage and a studio for rent in addition according to availability (280 euros per week for 2 people). Forest and departure of paths 30 meters from the house. Free loan of toboggans and trekking poles. Free WIFI. TV. Hi-fi system. Other: member of the Passy tourist office
SAUNA: The shower is taken in the bedrooms. Towels and bathrobes are provided for the duration of the stay. For hygiene reasons, the swimsuit is compulsory. Participation requested for the use of the sauna 15 euros per hour session (2 to 3 people maximum per session).

A deposit of 1200 euros is requested on your arrival and returned on your departure after the inventory.

Lovely place to stay in breathtaking surroundings.

Away from the crush of Chamonix, Plateau Dassy is a lovely place to stay for a summer holiday. There's an artisan bakery a 10 minute walk from the property for the daily supply of breakfast, and it is possible to do wonderful walks from the front door. The lakes at Passy are lovely for swimming, although they get very busy on hot summer days. The Chalet is very comfortable and has all you need. We were welcomed in person by the owner, Marie, on our arrival and she was very helpful regarding places to visit and walks to follow in the surroundings. There is an ample supply of maps too. The kitchen is well equipped for a large family and the appliances all worked well. It was also easy to use the shared washing machine in the basement. For entertainment we had access to satellite TV and Netflix and the broadband worked well for 3 grown up children. Having said all that, the outstanding feature of the property is the view across to Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi. Seeing this in different lights and in all weathers from our bedroom as well as the living room certainly made it a memorable holiday.

Un séjour bien agréable

Gîte spacieux, bien équipé et propre. La vue est vraiment très belle : un tableau vivant sous les yeux ! Marie est très sympathique et fait des super massages !
