The apartment has recently been fully refurbished into a wonderful mixture of live Mediterranean colours throughout the living room and a wonderful state of the art new kitchen.

Marble and wooden floors have been incorporated as well as Indirect, regulated lighting throughout the property.

The Main bedroom has been upgraded with a romantic Asian style Deco.

You will enjoy stunning first line sea views from inside the apartment and its private chill out terrace.

Walk out from the apartment, inside the community, and you will have a privileged private sea access where you can go for a healthy swim, or you can dive in the waterfront pool and enjoy a wonderful meal and drinks by the sea edge Restaurant Club.

In an excellent location, Right next to Illetas turquoise beaches, Portals luxurious Marina, Bendinat's prestigious golf course and Palma's dynamic city centre, you will be in the most privileged location to enjoy your well-earned vacation in this top-end accommodation and embrace with all it has to offer.

Complimentary private parking and WiFi is included, as well as a personal guide with my best recommendations on beaches, restaurants, retail shops, cultural spots, etc in both Illetas and throughout the island so you don't miss on simply the best the island has to offer.

Since 2008, the apartment has gone through an almost full demand every year, with most of my guests repeating regularly.

Last minute offers are available on request for the present month. My advice is to not miss the occasion and book well in advance.

Suddenly our holiday was over. We had a great time in Illetas/Palma and we are very satisfied with the apartment and the area nearby. The porters were friendly and helpful. It was great with some sun and nice weather opposite to the cold and rainy weather here in Norway for the time being. We also loved the city of Palma with it’s shops and restaurants.

Fantastic as always

Another great stay here, this is our third time coming to this apartment. It's such a great location for some great parts of the Island.

As always , clean and well equipped with all that you will need, having secure parking is always an added bonus.

I am sure this won't be our last stay here it's becoming a second home.

We were here in late October this year and even though a lot of things are shut for the winter there is still plenty of restaurants , bars and shops open to enjoy.

We have two small children so it means early mornings, but with a sunrise over the bay to enjoy we weren't complaining.

I highly recommend this apartment , it's a hassle free place to stay.

Julian , thanks once again and we will be back next year.

very clean and fulfilled its description

Lovely area and beautiful complex. Car hire just down the road called Falco, nice car, reasonable rate and excellent service, no requirement to leave credit card details, just a deposit, which was returned with no hassle.

The apartment comes with excellent car parking facilities. Julian has been an excellent host and we would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and would stay again with no hesitation. Thank you Julian.

Lovely place!

We had a great time at Julian's place, pictures don't do it justice. The apartment has amazing views and you can hear the waves from the balcony. Julian was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive when we needed some help. Location couldn't be better, a few minutes walk from the beach and next to the main street with bars and restaurants. The Complex is very well kept and the grounds are stunning. We enjoyed the private club for cocktails but we didn't use the pool very much as at times we found it a bit noisy and we prefer the sea. the private beach is quite small but very useful if you don't want to walk as it's literally 1 minute from the front door. Would definitely recommend Julian's place and we will return.

Outstanding location

The apartment is in a perfect location for anyone wanting a lovely view and direct access for swimming in the bay, as well as use of a good pool and private cafe. Unfortunately the apartment needs renovating, but it would not require much effort to paint and modernise it. The owner has said this refurbishment is going to occur so that's good news. The owner provides plenty of useful information about what's available for services and entertainment nearby and in Palma. He is also available to sort out any problems if they arise. The managers of the property are very helpful and friendly, which is necessary because some people would need assistance with carrying luggage to and from the apartment. The person responsible for pool behaviour is useless. Having a secure car park included in the rental is a great bonus. Although there are plenty of services nearby and the apartment building is on a main bus line, Mallorca is such a beautiful island that it's worth exploring with a car.

Great location & accomodation

An excellent location with wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. Property well maintained & spotless. Enjoyed trips to Portal Nous & Palma; places that were nearby & provided lively atmosphere in the evenings.

Lovely pool & really enjoyed private access to the sea & Had a very relaxing & quiet environment. We would recommend this appartment to our friends. The owner provided excellent customer service.

Fantastic position

We had a great time in Majorca. The apartment is in a fantastic location. The views from the balcony are wonderful, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It is also situated on a bus route to Palma so very easy if you don't wish to hire a car. We will certainly return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  • The apartment is accessed just half a floor up when entering from the main block entrance, Just 8 steps up. Suitable for families travelling with an Infant trolley, and senior couples. Apartment is at a height of 2 floors ( If viewed from the pool) and half a floor up if viewed from the main walk way of the complex. The swimming pool and private sea area is accessed by walking down approx 20 shallow stairs. Your private Carpark is accessed directly from the compound.
