GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTING:

Independent 2** flat of 100m2 in a family chalet located in the Almes area - South facing, ground floor.

NON-SMOKING flat.

- Bright and sunny flat. Nice view and cosy.
- Renting for 7/8 people (7 adults) with a large entrance hall, perfect for your skis and a second heated entrance (for your shoes) as well as a luggages room where you can also store food reserves.

In the flat:
- Hall with 1st toilet (separate)
- 1st bedroom facing East with 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed that can be made into a double bed. 1 large shower and a washbasin.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 Savoyard bed of 140 cm; south facing + washbasin and shower and hair dryer.
-Independent equipped kitchen, south facing;
-Large living room with fireplace, bar area, TV equipped with TNT and DVDs;
-Large south-facing terrace. Nice view on Grande Motte and Tovière;
-3rd bedroom facing West, large 160cm bed with en-suite shower room with wc, hair dryer.
- Parquet flooring throughout the flat.

PAYMENT FOR RENTAL:
TWO WEEKS before your arrival.

- 2000€ DEPOSIT FOR MATERIAL DAMAGE.
Returned within 8 days of your departure if no damage is found.

- 200€ CLEANING DEPOSIT - IN CASH/CHEQUE.
Returned on the day of departure if the flat is left in the same condition as you found it, kitchen clean, bins emptied and taken out, dishes clean and put away, bed unmade.

-By signing the rental contract you certify that you are covered by a Civil Liability Insurance.

-Sheets are provided; any damage will be deducted from the cleaning deposit of 50€/piece.
- Beds made on arrival - to be unmade on departure.

PARKING: NO PARKING AT THE CHALET
Reservation of a parking space in the public pay car parks is compulsory. Advance booking online at https://www.tignes.net/sejour/parkings.
Parking Lac 2 and Lac 3 (cars with roof boxes and SUVs) - 3-5 minutes walk from the flat.
Over 2.40m - contact the parking department.
Free shuttle bus to get around the resort.

Temporary parking for 30 minutes maximum is allowed in front of the chalet to unload your luggages.

Great place to stay
This apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious for our group of 5 adults. It is a 5 minute walk to the main ski area, nearest supermarket and ski hire shop. It has a fantastic view of the mountains from the enormous living room window. The owners are friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend!!

A cosy home away from home
We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Bobech. First impressions were how cosy and homely it is and we had such a warm welcome from Patricia. The chalet is in a brilliant location, very central and just a two-minute walk to the nearest supermarket so we could easily get fresh bread, croissants, milk etc. for breakfast every morning and anything we needed for evening meals. We hired our skis from Mountain Story (less than 10 mins walk from the chalet and opposite the main Palafour lift and the bubble). Patricia and her daughter have thought of everything and the chalet is well stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and all the things you need in the kitchen including a raclette, excellent coffee maker, plenty of chopping boards, sharp cooking knives, loads of serving bowls - the list goes on! The chalet was always warm and we had plenty of hot water. We had access to Netflix, Prime etc and the WIFI was excellent (teens particularly happy!). Beds were comfortable, all bedding and towels were provided and beds were all made on our arrival so we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. Patricia was available on her mobile throughout the week, although we really didn’t have need to contact her during our stay because she had thought of everything! Highly recommend Chalet Bobech and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Lovely apartment in a great location.
This 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and homely. Plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. The location within 5-10 minutes walk to the ski lifts and ski school was a bonus. A Spar shop 3 min walk for basic essentials and the bigger Sherpa shop at most a ten minute walk. The apartment is very comfortable with a picture window looking out to the Alps. Plenty of seating space a a large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and plenty of crockery. The entrance and boot room are spacious useful for taking off ski boots and gear. The hosts were attentive and communication was good. We would definitely stay here again.

The best
Chalet Boboch is stunning. I don't think the pictures can really capture the atmosphere and the ambience this family home has from the second you walk in. The location was fabulous and Patricia was a joy and very welcoming. The view out of that lounge window is the best in Tignes Le Lac. We will definitely be back. x

It was all great, we’ll be back again!
We stayed for 6 days and it was great. It was 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 6, 8 & 9 We were provided with clean bed linen and towels (many other places don’t have it). The house was always warm and hot water was never a problem for all of us to take shower. The main ski area was about 5-6min (ski boots) walking from the house. The few things I would suggest to make the chalet even better: - please leave at least a few soaps for new comers. We have arrived late and we couldn’t even wash our hands. - provide some parking place as part of the package. Parking during high season is extremely busy and often unavailable.
