About this property

COVID: We are working very hard to have the house ready for your stay. Floors washed. Everything in the kitchen will be disinfected. All handles/ remotes/ faucets/ and soap dispensers will be disinfected. All bedding and towels will be clean. Bathrooms thoroughly disinfected. This year we won’t be using any decorative pillows or cushions.

Please note: Beaches, parks, playgrounds, hockey court, basketball courts, tennis courts are all open.

Welcome to our beachfront vacation home! We would love for you to come join us here in Penticton, BC.

Your vacation home is located in one of the most desirable areas located in Penticton. It is across from the main public beach on Skaha Lake. Acres and acres of parkland are right out the front door. Watch the sailboats and kite surfers along the lake from your front window. There is so much to do. Take a walk along the beach, play with the kids at the water park, or either of the 2 playgrounds, play on the tennis or volleyball courts just a few steps away.

This is a fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has a open floor plan and sits on over a 1/4 acre of flat land with a beautiful garden in the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced all the way around. Park your boat in the front driveway along with your cars or trucks.

Your vacation home is decorated with a beach house style. And will be very clean upon your arrival. The house was just renovated and all the furniture is brand new! This is a non-smoking house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware and cooking supplies. It has brand new stainless steel appliancees such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. Also a toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

All 3 rooms have a comfy high quality queen mattress. And then we have a queen sized sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping room. Each room has a side table and dresser.

The bathroom has a tub/shower, vanity, toilet, and a make up area. Also the bathroom will be stocked with bath towels (not beach towels).

Other amenities include a flat screen TV with cable, WIFI internet, outdoor patio set and BBQ, air conditioning. Iron, ironing board, and a washer and a dryer.

Bring your family here to make lasting memories, take a romantic trip with your spouse, or have a family reunion. All are welcome!

Awesome Summer Vacation

Our family had a wonderful summer vacation! The location and it's proximity to the beach and park was excellent! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook great meals! The backyard is large and is a great space for games and patio hangs!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

A once in a lifetime holiday with our 4 grandchildren. The distance to the beach, the main reason for choosing this cottage, was so easy for them to come and go as they pleased.

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I loved the house! It was very clean and bright, with lots of windows and a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/living space. The house is in a fantastic location, right across from Skaha lake and the tennis courts, the hosts were great, and left us a lovely bottle of wine upon arrival. We would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

This is our 3rd rental property. We have been renting out our places for over 9 years. We absolutely love meeting new people and helping them enjoy there vacations as much as possible. We have been coming to Penticton yearly for over 40 years. It's our second home away from home!

Why they chose this property

In our opinion this is the #1 location possible in Penticton. The beach/lake/park is right out the front door. The locatIon on the lake is perfect for families because the water gradually gets deep so it’s a lot safer for small children. There is so much to do. Skaha lake side is perfect for active families and relaxing romantic getaways. Best neighbourhood to stay in Penticton.

What makes this property unique

We just love stepping out the door to head out for a bike ride along Skaha Lake to Okanagan Falls, or down the canal to Okanagan Lake, or up the KVR trail to the caves. Our family is big tennis players and Skaha Lake has our favourite courts.
