The Convent of the Cinque Terre is a beautiful two-story villa with sea views at the beginning of the path that leads from Vernazza to Monterosso. Located in the Park of the Cinque Terre that Vernazza is the undisputed pearl. The Convent is the jewel of Vernazza and its sea view rooms look the marina, the Doria Castle, the tower and its beautiful 'beach' of rocks.

A short walk from town and the sea is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic location with amazing view over Vernazza.

Good space with plenty of room for 8 people. Well equipped. You just can’t beat the views from the patio. Perfect location for exploring Cinque Terre. The second shower is interesting!

Sensational setting in lovely Venazza

Best location in Vernazza! We based ourselves here for 6 days while walking Cinque Terra. Accommodation suited us perfectly & I agree with all the previous good comments - in addition & importantly too - the showers are powerful with unlimited hot water, there's every pot & pan & loads of crockery (even Asparagus pot) for eating in & if you have a car, park with Luca - same price & unlike the official carpark Luca's parking is in the town itself. Luca is also a pleasure to deal with. We will return!

stunning!

A 3 day break to celebrate my husband's 50th, we were 8 adults and all of us fell in love with the Conventino and it's location. Fantastic to stay in the villa that all the tourists are taking photos of wishing it was them that were lucky enough to be staying there! It's far enough up above the harbour though to feel private, so don't worry. Stunning stunning views, from most of the rooms in the house. Quaint decoration adds atmosphere and a sense of history. Luca was extremely helpful and welcoming. Trains pass behind the house but are not frequent and stop overnight so did not affect our stay. Vernazza the "jewel" of the cinque terra. Book it!!

Dream vacation in Vernazza villa

This wonderful villa met our expectations and beyond! Great location, excellent service and a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The villa provides a breathtaking view over the bay and even though it's situated only a few steps up from the buzzling main street with restaurants and shops we felt a very relaxing sense of privacy. We enjoyed challenging hikes to the nearby villages as well as lazy beach life, great Italian cooking and amazing sunsets from the large terrace. I can warmly recommend - and have already to everyone I know - this villa as a perfect vacation spot in this beautiful part of the Italian coast.

Our stay at The Convent of the Cinque Terre

We spent our 25th Wedding Anniversary at the Convent of the Cinque Terre and we could not have picked out a more wonderful place to stay!!! The villa is beautiful and the windows allow a view of the Mediterranian that is too beautiful to describe!! The villa provided us an extremely romatic setting for our anniversary!! We spent most of our stay hiking on the coastal and inland trails....and eating!! The food of the region was fabulous!! The villa has a well equipped kitchen so we were able to prepare some of our own dishes, with tips from some of the locals on preparation! The location of the villa is great....a short walk to the town of Vernazza for shopping and eating and sits adjacent to some of the most beautiful hiking trails we have ever seen....views of olive groves and vineyards from every window!! The villa is just a short distance from the train station for visiting the other towns of the Cinque Terre. The propery was clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the furnishings accentuated the historical setting. All the information provided to us before our arrival was accurate. The villa was clean and well furnished. We would definitely recomment this place to others for a wonderful vacation...and we would love to visit there again someday!!! Bridgett & Stephen
