Residence Le Ponant is a new build and has been finished to the highest standard. Parking is available for a small additional fee in an underground parking space within the gated apartment complex. There is a swimming pool in the grounds. The 64sq m elegant apartment fitted to a very high standard contains a fully fitted Neff kitchen for self-catering including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment can sleep up to four people very comfortably. The apartment has two sunny terraces totalling 22sq m. It also has air conditioning and central heating through out, with wall-mounted digital TV and wired broadband. Le Ponant...Beautiful apartment in Cannes

We arrived in Cannes on a Saturday to beautiful sunny warm weather, the apartment was fabulous...spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and with all amenities. We had breakfast each morning on the sunny terrace (one of two) enjoying freshly baked delights from the local bakery just around the corner. The apartment is so close to the centre and easily within walking distance. We also made use of the pool... so refreshing on a hot day!! To conclude I would most definitely recommend this apartment to anyone ....the location is great.

Great apartment, fantastic stay in Cannes

We recenly stayed at the Le Ponant apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay there and our time in Cannes. The apartment is in a great location and is extremely well appointed, very tastefully furnished and spacious. (Our daughter really appreciated the superfast WiFi!). The wee balcony off the bedrooms was a great spot to catch the afternoon sun and we were pleasantly suprised by how quiet the apartment was. The block itself is also beautifully maintained and very secure and with a well maintained pool area which, to be honest, we didn't use as much as we perhaps had planned as the Croisette and the Plage du Midi are a comfortable walk away and it was no effort to walk down to the railway and bus station and through the town to Rue d'Antibes, Le Suquet etc. We were delighted to find a well stocked Intermarche about 5 mins walk away and a nice wee shop "Festival du Fruit" en route to the underpass at the station. Booking arrangements and communication with Stephen were excellent and we have to make a special mention of Sandrine who was absolutely charming - welcoming us on arrival, being very informative and even getting in touch to check that we were ok following the tragic events in Nice. She is an absolute star. Cannes itself is lovely and we enjoyed using the efficient public transport system for days out to Antibes, Grasse, St Paul de Vence etc, and the short ferry trip to the Ile des Lerins. We would thoroughly recommend Le Ponant as a smart and comfortable base for a break - whether you want to explore the wider area or simply relax in Cannes and pretend to be part of the beau monde!

Modern Apartment in Cannes

This is a really modern two bedroom apartment. Great for the summer, with a large balcony and a second smaller balcony and the building has a communal swimming pool. It's within walking distance of the Croisette and the centre of Cannes. Stephen is really helpful and we look forward to renting this apartment again in the future.

Wonderful stay on the Cote de Azur

We stayed at the apartment for three weeks. Sandrine met us and showed us around and was very efficient and provided excellent advice on restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is conveniently located a short walk from Cannes railway and bus station. Would recommend paying for parking space in garage if using a car.

Description and photographs of the accommodation was accurate and I would not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and relatives. Cannes is a great place to visit and in three weeks we took in all the sights from Frejus through to Menton using the trains, bus or car. Would recommend using the bus service if you intend visiting Grasse, Mougins or Pergomas.
