Covered balcony with sofas and dinning table give you the opportunity to enjoy the outside lifestyle popular in this exclusive part of the Costa Blanca, some sea views. Spacious, 4,000 sq ft house with separate Games room. Open plan living area with full kitchen, additional internal dinning room, lounge with 42'' flat screen TV (UK satellite channels), Surround sound system with Internet radio and Apple TV.

Upstairs two Master bedrooms (one King bed, one Queen) each with en-suite facilities and both have sea views from the large terrace. Ideal for two couples. On ground floor as well as the living area find third bedroom (Queen bed) and separate half bathroom. Go down one more floor to a twin bed bedroom and bathroom. On this floor there is also a two car garage and a large games room. All bedrooms have air-con.

Garden has lawn and fruit trees and extensive pines, ideal for lazing away those sunny days - over 320 per year.

Nearest town is Moraira a ten-fifteen minute walk away. There are many things to do on the coast and major cities (Valencia, Alicante and Benidorm) are all within an hours drive.

Nothing less than perfect

In September 2016 we stayed for 2 weeks with family (6 adults) in this beautiful villa, it was our second visit, to say it is wonderful doesn't adequately describe the villa, to us it is perfect.

The property is easily as beautiful as described and if anything the pictures do not really do it justice, we had a great stay. On arrival there was a very welcome, Welcome pack including cheese, ham, crisps, milk, butter, bread, beer and wine, everything you need after travelling, when you don't really want to go out shopping.

The house is superbly decorated and equipped to a very high standard, the garden is beautifully landscaped and the pool is wonderful, a great size and if you are feeling a little energetic it has a resistance swimming jet, really great.

There is a large covered patio area, great if you want some time out of the sun during the day, or for relaxing in the evening. Also great for eating al fresco, there is a dining table and chairs and a gas barbecue close by.

Location is great, just 3 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira and a few hundred yards to the nearest beach and beach bar at Algas. Moraira has some excellent restaurants which include just about every cuisine in the world.

Contact with Simon the owner was superb, we received an extremely comprehensive email which included very clear directions to the villa, useful information about the villa and also Moraira, the town, beaches, markets etc and suggested places to visit.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the villa to family and friends.

Glori Ann Villa in Moraira

In Oct 2012 we stayed 1 week with family (6 adults, 1 child age 8, 1 baby) in this beautiful villa. The property was as beautiful as prescribed and the pictures were reality! We had a great stay. The house, pool and garden were very clean. When we arrived a very nice wellcome package was prepared with drinks, bread, marmelade etc. We appreciated this very much. Contact with the owner was very good (fast and clear answers on my questions by e-mail). A prescription of the neighbourhood and tips of places to visit were send to us.

We would like to stay in this villa again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Fantastic holiday

We've just come back from a wonderful 10 days at this fantastic villa. Everything was perfect - from the luxury interior decor to the well landscaped grounds. It was certainly a nice touch to be able to pick a lime from the trees to add to an evenings gin and tonic!

The villa was of a very high standard with all new mod-cons and exceeded our expectations in every way. We particularly enjoyed the terrace area - being able to sit outside late into the evenings. We had initially planned to use the villa as a base and spend the majority of our time out but it was so lovely that we ended up spending most of our days by the pool and evenings barbecuing and sitting on the terrace.

The local town is just a short walk away and offers a variety of restaurants where you can find traditional tapas as well as many other cuisines.

Whilst hiring a car is not essential we found it useful in order to venture further afield and explore fantastic beaches and scenery the other side of the bay.

We will definitely be recommending this villa to friends and family and hope to return next summer!

Glory Days in der Villa GloriAnn

Eine phantastische Villa in einem perkektem Umfeld von Morira. Die Villa präsentiert ich in einem hervorragendem Erscheinungsbild,Villaaufbau, Außenanlage und Pool genial geplant und ausgeführt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und sehr komfortabel aber nicht übertrieben und alltagstauglich. Die Bäder sind sehr modern gehalten mit großen Duschen und qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Bei Empfang präsentierte sich die Villa in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und auch die Zwischenreinigung war perfekt.

Die Villa ist jeden Cent wert. petrfekt für Familien geeignet, die Luxus,Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Our villa is close to sea and beach (500m). Located in a quiet area with numerous pine trees, but a 5 minute walk to nearest bars and restaurants. Some of these are right on the coast, great for that drink by the sea as the sun goes down.

We are a 10-15 minute walk to Moraira town and port. One hour drive to Alicante and Valencia. Numerous activities nearby from boating, diving, kart and four golf courses! For night-life Benidorm is half an hour away, but Moraira is small, up market and a wonderful place to get away from it all.
