"Casa Rosmaninho" - entire small house, single-storey.
Situated in the rural and quiet area close to the village of Estorninhos in the Serra de Tavira, Eastern Algarve, Portugal. You find complete privacy, the distance to the next neighbors is 80 m - 90 m.
Listen to the birds, take a look at the marvelous flowers and enjoy your holidays in a privileged peaceful location!

In elevated position with a private hilltop and a fantastic panoramic sea view.

Distances:
1,300 m to the small bar in Eiroes.
1,700 m to the restaurant in Estorninhos.
9 km to Benamor Golf.
10 km to the next supermarket in Conceição.
15 km to the beach of Manta Rota.
15 km to the pitoresque town of Tavira with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and the large shopping center Gran Plaza.
50 km to Faro airport.

A car is recommended, you have easy access on a tarmac road and a carport for private parking.

Capacity: 57 sqm living space, suitable for max. 4 persons.

Spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen (renewed in May 2023!),
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en-suite,
large south-facing, partly covered terrace and a marvelous garden with 4,500 sqm. The garden is not completely fenced.

Service included: Towels, linen, final cleaning, "meet & greet", provided by a small local agency.

Villa Rosmaninho

The property was in a great location with ease of access to town and countryside and excellent beaches. It was somewhat remote but had a lovely garden and a partially covered terrace with wonderful coastal views. The isolation and peaceful setting was just what we needed! L&B Edinburgh Sept 2022

Lovely property in a peaceful area

We loved this property, it was in a peaceful area with beautiful views. Tavira is a lovely local town, with a great choice of restaurants, especially Artefact. The property was clean, well equipped and spacious with a lovely terrace. We would definitely consider returning

Lovely Location

Quiet location with great views across the country side to the sea from the large covered terrace. Beaches and shopping are 20 minutes away by car.

Lovely location

Located in the hills with views to the coast. We love sitting on the terrace with this view. Well equipped house With Ample parking. Close to towns and the coast. Good area for walking. This was our third stay in the house.

Your host

Wolfgang and Evi are the private owners of this property since 2017. The cottage was built in 1995. Every year we spend several months in our holiday home to relax and enjoy the fantastic nature there. And of course we use our annual stay to do some maintenance and improvements in the house.
