The apartment is a fifteen minute walk from the center of Salamanca (20 min to Plaza Mayor). It has three bedrooms, two with a double bed (135 cm) and a third bedroom with a 105 cm bed. It has a beautiful living room, kitchen, pantry and bathroom fully equipped (sheets and towels included). It has Internet, WI-FI and Movistar +.
Please note: There is no elevator. Exterior and bright, with thermal break windows, shutters, individual natural gas heating, air conditioning and a security door at the entrance. It is equipped with a toaster, vacuum cleaner, microwave, mixer, oven, ceramic hob, cutlery, dishes, kitchenware, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and hair dryer. The apartment is located on the second floor of a rationalist architectural school building, with a rectangular plan and crowned by four simple towers. The facade is worked in Villamayor stone, also called frank stone, which is the sandstone used in the monumental architecture of Salamanca. For these characteristics, our building is listed within the Artistic Heritage of the city. The apartment does not have an elevator.
Salamanca is a medium-sized city, so our neighborhood is very close to the downtown area. It is also next to the Picasso Park and La Alamedilla, the two most popular playgrounds in the city. It has a large variety of supermarkets and shops of all kinds, such as some of the best butchers in the city. The house is very close to the Train Station and is also one of the access points to the Paseo Fluvial (the Aldehuela area), a space next to the Tormes river full of beach bars, picnic areas, sports areas and a bike path. It is also the place where the Rastro is placed every Sunday and where Da2 is located, the Center for Contemporary Art of Salamanca.
Salamanca is a historical city with an impressive medieval old town. Located 80 km from the Sierra de Francia (South), 80 km from the Arribes del Duero on the border with Portugal (West), 120 km from Valladolid (North), and 120 km from Ávila (East).
