The 150sqm villa is composed of a large living / sitting room with fireplace, master bedroom, private bathroom and walk-in closet. In the left wing there is a double bedroom with a fireplace, a small bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom, a kitchen, two hallways, a back kitchen and a veranda with a characteristic nuraghe-style barbeque. At the entrance of the villa, a covered veranda facing east with a characteristic Sardinian view. Air conditioners throughout the home and ceiling-mounted fans. The well-kept garden of about 1000sqm surrounds the house, inside there is an outbuilding / loft of about 50 square meters with bathroom, double bed and kitchen. The property is located inside the village "La Liccia", but in a secluded and reserved position which is accessed along a private driveway equipped with electric bar and bounded entirely by stone walls of the place. Equipped with a large pool 7x15 with shared lifeguard with any guests of the village with separate access from the villa, while our guests remain undisturbed with their private access from the garden.In the village there can be convenient market, bar, restaurant-pizzeria. The property is well connected to the nearby beaches of Rena Majore and Lu Pultiddolu at about 400 / 500mt. The custody and care of the house, the garden and especially our guests are guaranteed by the landlady at times to be agreed not to disturb.
