Private parking, terrace of 30 m² half-covered and equipped with garden furniture, gas barbecue. .

House equipped for 4/5 people:
Kitchen with microwave oven, fridge / freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils.
Living room equipped with a color television, a sofa, coffee table and a sink and toilet.

Un petit coin de paradis au coeur du sud de l'Ardèche

Le gîte à la fois isolé (calme et vue sur la vallée, à la lisière de la forêt) et proche de tout commerce. Le gîte est parfait pour une famille même de taille importante (3 enfants) et offre de nombreuses attractions (piscine, terrain de foot, table de ping pong...). Le propriétaire est discret, disponible, réactif mais avant tout très sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, ne serait ce que pour descendre les gorges de l'Ardèche. Merci Bernard !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le gîte. Super propriété avec piscine, aire de jeux et magnifique vue. Excellent contact avec les propriétaire. Nos enfants ont également passé une chouette semaine. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Dejlig lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt

Vi boede en uge i denne lejlighed og havde en dejlig oplevelse. Værten snakker kun fransk, men vi kunne sagtens forstå hinanden via Google translate mv. Jeg kan kun anbefale stedet.

Ruhig und gepflegt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und in absolut ruhiger Lage. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben besonders den schönen, sauberen Pool genossen. Die Boules-Bahn haben wir auch mit Freude genutzt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben alles reibungslos organisiert. Als zu Beginn das WLAN nicht ging, haben sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Wir waren überrascht, dass für wenige Tage zusätzlich eine hohe Kaution von 500 EUR gezahlt werden muss, das haben wir bisher bei keiner Unterkunft erlebt. Wir hatten es vielleicht überlesen. Wir haben diese aber problemlos bei Abreise zurück erhalten, sogar großzügigerweise ohne Abzüge, obwohl wir etwas zerbrochen hatten. Da es sehr heiß war, hat uns lediglich eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer gefehlt, aber das wussten wir ja vorher, wir hatten nur nicht mit so einer Hitze gerechnet. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
