This beautiful luxurious villa is situated on a quiet cul–de-sac on the hillside of the prestigious Monte de los Almendros urbanisation in Salobrena, looking towards the Mediterranean. South facing and set against palm and fruit trees (lemon, grapefruit, guava, orange, almonds, apricot, this villa offers stunning views of the Mediterranean from every room and from the multi-level large terraces surrounding the Villa. The villa is not overlooked and is large enough to accommodate 2 families wishing to holiday together as it has 4 large bedrooms and a separate kitchen on each floor. This is one of the few villas which has four en-suite luxury bathrooms. There is a private (not overlooked) heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Internet access is provided as is a laptop computer. Multi-level terraces with superb views and a barbecue area. Residents can also use the community facilities which include swimming pools and a football pitch. The villa is located in the picturesque town of Salobrena.

Perfect holiday location

This was a perfect holiday for 4 adults and 4 children, plenty of room for everyone, the pool is great and the upstairs balcony with the barbecue has views to die for. The excellent communal pool is a short stroll away if you need a bit more swimming space, or fancy an afternoon snack and a beer. Salobrena is 10 mins down the hill in the car with a great beach and loads of restaraunts. The kids particularly enjoyed cooking their own Steaks on the hot stones, but most nights it was a barbecue looking out to sea, gin & tonic in hand... Miss it already, and we've only been home 5 hours!

excellent loads of space good size bedrooms

the overall experience was unbeatable we had good communications with the owner who went over and above what we were expecting even so far as sorting our transport from airport we will go back hopefully next year just note we used a taxi which became expensive so car essential ,the owner had rang us before we booked just to confirm as he was recommending a car well recommended villa

Very nice location and lovely villa.

Early entry helped after a long journey, the villa was clean and had everything we needed. Only small problem with the BBQ which we sorted, otherwise no complaints. Vipin who looks after the place was ever helpful before and during our stay. The weather was great too during our stay. An excellent place for a break.

Un petit Paradis

Magnifique séjour en famille dans cette très belle villa avec tout le confort. Une salle de bain par chambre, vraiment idéal pour que chacun soit à l'aise. Située sur les hauteurs, au calme, tout en restant proche des commerces. Très bons restaurants à Salobrena le long de la plage.

A refaire sans hésitation!

Petit bémol : assez bien d'escaliers donc difficile pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec de très jeunes enfants

Comfortable and spacious - perfect for relaxing

We spent a couple of very relaxed weeks in Villa Tranquilla. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped (we loved the juicer!) giving us everything we needed to enjoy a great holiday. The outside areas were lovely with shade and sun and the pool fantastic. The surrounding garden was kept looking perfect by a friendly Valentin and his wife. The villa is in a quiet location, with views over the sea and Salobrena, yet close enough to walk to the urbanization's larger pool (and small football) pitch when a change of scene was required for the children.

Spacious villa with superb views and gardens

Wonderfully spacious villa in extensive grounds with lovely views over coast and Salobrena. Property very clean and well-equipped. We had a couple of problems which were very quickly attended to by the local agents. Ten minutes to Salobrena town with good supermarkets and restaurants. Los Mariscos golf fifteen minutes away is an eccentric layout but reasonably well-maintained with an excellent restaurant for both snacks and meals. Half an hour to Nerja, an hour to Granada by excellent roads. Being December, we didn't use it but large tiled lounge and second kitchen lead to nice pool and hot-tub. Good valu accommodation for our party of 3 couples.

Outdoor activities include, walking, climbing, water sports, golf, horse riding, hang gliding and even skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
