Urbanization Hacienda El Palmeral is located in Marbella famous golf valley Nueva Andalucia, a beautiful complex in an exclusive residential area next to Puerto Banus. The Villa is a townhouse built on 3 floors within a private gated community of 35 built houses. 303m2 of house construction with 2 terraces of 20m2 each and a private garden of 40m2 where you can enjoy cooking in the barbecue with a lovely view over the community gardens. It distributes in a nice large living room with dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens machines and a toilet. Air-condition hot and cold in all the house and flat tv screen (65 'inches) Satellite TV (movistar television), also free WI-FI internet is available in all the house.
On the first floor we have the master bedroom with a king size bed (200x200) with a walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, a separate shower, tv (55 'inches) and terrace with sofas to relax under the sun . The second bedroom has a double queen size bed (150x200) also with a walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath and tv. The third bedroom is situated on the second floor you have 2 twin beds and there is the possibility of putting an extra single bed but you need to let us know so it is prepare for you.
There is no need to use a car as it is everything but if you want to hire a car you can park it outside the complex as you have plenty of parking spaces !.
The urbanization Hacienda El Palmeral is a gated and secured community with tropical gardens, kids can play safely inside the complex, there is a large pool and children swimming pool with sunbeds (sun loungers) and life guard (the lifeguard is there from 15th July until end August). Walking distance to a large number of shops, restaurants, night clubs, coffee shops, ice cream shops and bars (there is an supermarket grocery next to the house open until 2 am and Mercadona Supermarket around the corner). Many lovely and famous golf courses in a couple of minutes drive, walking distance to Puerto Banus and the sandy beaches in 10 minutes from the house.

We provide free of charge bath towels, beach towels, bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped so your stay is better than a 5 star hotel!
There is no private parking but there is plenty of parking spots outside the complex (picture attached to the rest of the pictures of the house) so parking outside the complex is not a problem !.
There is 24/7 security car that patrols around green river watchtower every night so you can see a very secured place.
