It has two bedrooms made up of a king-size double zip link and a double room along with a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find roadside parking and a rear patio and gravel area with furniture. Lees Cottage is a wonderful cottage in an incredible Peak District location to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Nearby roadside parking available close to the property, on a first come, first served basis. Small Patio immediately to the rear. Larger patio and gravel with a table and chairs down the steps. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 5 minute walk, shop 10 minute walk. Travel cot available on request.

Town: Bradwell is a village in Hope Valley in the Peak District National Park. Tideswell, with its church, is four miles from Bradwell. Castleton is three miles away, home to caves and is overlooked by the crumbling Mam Tor. Hathersage is four miles away and has cafés and an open-air swimming pool. Slightly further you can potter around Bakewell, or the Spa town of Buxton, renowned for its spring water, opera house and arts, jazz and opera festivals. Explore the cycling trails, with bike hire available on the Monsal Trail, the Tissington Trail and at the Derwent Reservoir. Bradwell has shops, pubs and places to eat and makes an excellent base for enjoying this beautiful area.
