About this property

This cozy chalet is perfect for anyone who loves nature, peace and fishing. Chalet de Pêche is located on a private terrain of 1.5 hectares in a wooded area, on a fishing pond of 8000m². You can fish for carp up to 20 kg. Please put the carp back.

There is a second, identical chalet on the site. The chalets can be rented separately or together, so that they can accommodate up to 8 people. These are the only chalets on the property.

Ground floor:
A living area with a dining table, a sofa bed and a TV. From the kitchen you have a view of the covered terrace and the fish pond.

There are 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Outside:
You have access to a terrace facing south with a picnic table. You have your own parking space and you can use the barbecue.

Excellente vacance. La region superbe. L'hébergement super calme la nature est au rdv. L'etang le paradis pour les pêcheurs . Les propriétaires tres tres sympas ,discrèt mais disponible si besoin. Je recommande a 100%
