This is a quaint Open Concept, Easy Access (no stairs) Children and Pet friendly Irish cottage with fenced yard in a nice, quiet family area, close to all of the summer attractions, a mile from both Manasquan and Sea Girt beaches for swimming or surfing, 2 blocks to shops, restaurants, pubs, & Algonquin live Theatre. Edgar Felix bike/walking 6 mile trail is five blocks from cottage. Manasquan has a separate Fisherman's Cove Dog & Kayaking Beach and Inlet for fishing. Also, Summer free concerts and Fireworks. Five blocks to the Train Station to NYC (2 hr. trip). The cottage features cathedral ceilings, skylights, stained glass, wood floors and cabinets. This private back house has a separate fenced backyard with a BBQ grill and patio. 2 TVs, WIFI, FIOS with premium channels. 2 Adult Beach badges in season, beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, 3 bikes (2 adult and one child), 2 kayaks, crab trap and pack and play.
Irish food and music at Irish Pubs: Harrigan’s, St. Stephen’s on the Green & Rods- check music schedule. Irish shopping at the Irish Center in Spring Lake. Other activities just a short drive away:
Spring Lake shopping or theatre, Point Pleasant boardwalk, arcade, miniature golf, Aquarium and shopping. Belmar fishing and marina, Ocean Grove, Monmouth public golf courses and crabbing at Bay Head.
Just 30 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure or Monmouth racetrack, one hour to Atlantic City, and 80 minutes to Cape May.

Great time in the Irish cottage

Really cool cozy cabin, great place to stay with friends or family. Great location, walkable to some very good restaurants. Fast internet FiOS and roomy living room and dining area. Full kitchen. Thank you, we had a great time.

Kinvara Cottage

Literally everything was near perfect. The house and yard were neat as a pin and the fully- functional kitchen was well-equipped in - case a visitor may have forgotten some staples. Manasquan is a very pretty town and I love the Manasquan beach, which is five minutes from Kinvara. And such a nice community. I met super nice people in restaurants, at the beach, and especially the dog park, which is also five minutes away and always has people and dogs hanging out - at almost any time of day. Overall I had a great time, and the cottage contributed a great deal to a really nice vacation. Thanks, Carole!

Cute and clean

The cottage was very cute and clean. Close to Sea Girt ave and Main St. restaurants and shops. Would really enjoy staying here in spring or summer!

Great time off season at the shore

Cozy and comfortable cabin. We had everything we needed and our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. We had plenty of space to hang out and play games. My dogs enjoyed the back yard and i greatly appreciated that it was fenced.

Great stay

Had a great time at this location. My family and I enjoyed the nice neighborhood and everything in walking distance. My family enjoyed all the fishing locations we found and were close by. Recommend this nice and cozy place to everyone.

The cottage was built in 1953. The property has been in the family since the late 1800s.. My husband's great grandfather and two sons built the front house in 1902. The cottage was built by our grandfather's youngest son. He lived there until 2005, when he was 88. He vacationed in Ireland every year until he was 86. He was born in the front house (family of eight).
