Amazing quiet lakeside setting in Cole Harbour Dartmouth. 2 Brm (sleeps 4) apartment in country setting within city limits. Full amenities, 25 mins to downtown Halifax Waterfront. Parking, air conditioned, fully furnished, TV, internet, wi fi, all you need to do is bring your food and enjoy a memorable holiday. Complete with new furnishings. Swimming in the freshwater lake or try your hand a fishing and within 10 mins to salt water beach & swimming. Enjoy all of this for $135.00 per night, min booking is 7 nights. (your nightly rate does NOT include the new Nova Scotia Hotel Levy Fee that must be paid by each reservation guest prior to checkin via EMT or CC This fee is $35.00.) Check out at 10AM, check in at 3PM. Sorry no pets or smoking.

Here is a nice note from a vacationer from NFLD: Our stay here was nothing short of perfect. We absolutely love the property. Our daughter greatly enjoyed the pond and the ducks each morning during our stay. The house is spacious and cozy. It truly is a "home away from home". The owners are friendly and made sure our stay was superb. From bringing our daughter toys to play with, bringing extra towels, and stopping by for a chat, the owners ensured our stay was amazing. We are making it a point to return!

Lovely cottage

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The little extras gave it the ‘wow’ factor. Super clean, has everything you need and then some. Lovely welcome goodies. We stayed here because of close proximity to other family that live in the area. I have recommended it to them and their friends in Dartmouth. Very convenient to all stores, ocean beach, easy access to airport, a day in Halifax. This place has it all!

Location, location, access to water and park like setting

Looks like it shows, great location (25 mins) downtown Halifax, need a vehicle. Hosts are good people, and easy to reach and communicate with. We didn't cook much, but full fridge, freezer, microwave, keurig, and stove available. We also did not use the dock and access the water, but landscape is park like and we wished we had more time to take in local Cole Harbour beaches, so peaceful. Will definitely stay again, if we are able to make it all the way out to the Atlantic Provinces.

Cole Harbour Home.

Excellent host, and the property was beautiful!. Everything needed for as long of stay as required. Susan, the host, helped with most of our day trip plans. Very approachable and happy to help.
