About this property

Situated in a fantastic location with only a 5 minute walk to Fistral Beach or Pentire Headland and 15 minutes to Newquay town centre. Crantock Beach (via the foot ferry) is a 10 minute walk.

This is a beautifully presented, luxury first floor apartment sleeping five people comfortably. The apartment consists of:

Master bedroom - Double bed with storage under, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside draws, hairdryer and an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom also has a Juliet balcony with unobstructed views of the stunning Atlantic ocean, Fistral Beach and Newquay golf course.

Second bedroom - Triple bunk bed (one double and one single) wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror over.

Large bathroom with bath and shower taps.

An open plan kitchen and lounge which are light and airy, contain two sofas, side tables, lamps, TV with freeview and wifi. There is also a small selection of family games. Juliet balcony with unobstructed views of the stunning Atlantic ocean, Fistral Beach and Newquay golf course.

The modern fitted kitchen has a small table and chairs, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob, and all modern appliances including radio, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. It is also fully equipped with a wide range of crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans, iron & ironing board, oven gloves and clothes airer. A basic welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels are provided and beds are made up prior to arrival. Towels are not to be used outside the apartment, please provide your own beach towels.

The apartment benefits from one allocated parking space situated in the private car park, a parking permit is provided upon arrival and must be displayed at all times.

Arrival time is 3pm and departure is 10am. Keys to the apartment can be found in the Key Safe which is situated on the wall in front of the allocated parking space. The code to the Key Safe will be sent via email prior to arrival.

Wonderful views.

The property was ideally situated in Newquay overlooking Fiscal Bay, wonderful views of the surfers and seashore activities aswell as the local golf course. Property is in a very quiet and peaceful area, immaculately clean and spacious and a very acceptable welcome pack. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Ideally situated as a base to further explore Cornwall. Thank you.

Much needed holiday

Very easy and straightforward to book, breathtaking view simply stunning left a kind welcome hamper pack and seemed to cover things to relax and unwind DVD’s board games and pencils etc for the younger ones great touches will definitely be going back again with the family next time

A wonderful spot

We had a brilliant stay at the apartment. Ann-Marie was hugely helpful with anything we needed, and its location overlooking the sea, beach and golf course was wonderful. Easy access to Fistral beach a matter of minutes away, the property also benefits from its quiet location on Pentire. It had everything we needed and made our stay such an enjoyable experience.

Fab Fistral View!

We had a relaxing stay at this lovely apartment with the most amazing views of Fistral! The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable. The host, Ann-Marie, was lovely and messaged to let her know if we needed anything at all. The rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious. I loved the master bedroom with the ensuite in particular, boasting a balcony with fab sea views. The living area also has a balcony with the same wonderful sea views. Just few minutes walk from Fistral Beech and a walking distance to the beautiful Crantock, Headlands pentire, and a short drive to Newquay town, what's not to love.... Mrs C. 😁

Excellent location, awesome views

Stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in May, up at the Pentire end which is my preferred locations for its views, but still only a short walk into town. Nice clean apartment, everything we needed was there, great powerful shower, friendly host, 5 stars!
