Our spacious balconies 3 BedROOM apartment includes a gorgeous living room and three beautiful balconies that provide our guests with spectacular views that stay with them even after leaving Barcelona.

The apartment is located in an 18th century building, in a lovely and quiet residential area, five minutes by foot from Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is fully equipped to fulfill the needs and desires of our all of our guests.

The peaceful charm of our Casp Platinum Apartment and its surrounding neighborhood urges our guests to come back to Barcelona. You can look over all of Barcelona from the balcony, enjoy a meal at a nearby restaurant, or stumble upon the Sagrada Família just when taking an unplanned walk. Spacious apartment in an a great location.

Arian was an excellent host ,extremely helpful & easy to contact. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was great to access all the attractions of the city. We had a great stay .

An apartment with great characater in a good location.

The apartment is full of unusual antique furniture and located on the top floor of a block 10-15 minutes walk from Placa de Catalunya. There is a Metro station only 5 minutes away and a Carrefour Express supermarket is very close. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and I would recommend the James Joyce at the end of th block.

Lovely appartment close to everything the balcony is brilliant.

Modern lovely appartment - 3 bedrooms (1 double bed , 1 looks like a double but is in fact 2 singles so closely ocked you would not even notice, and 1 with 2 separate beds) The "master bedroom" has a balcony which is lovely to sit on in the evening and have a drink before going out for dinner. Aircon in all the rooms, very effective and quiet. Kitchen has all the kit. Lots of kit for cooking but we hardly did as we went exploring tapas culture all around. There are plenty of restaurants in close surroundings some really good ones, and if you are happy walking as far as an entire mile you have a choice of hundreds. The appartment was clean, well maintained, and essentially there was nothing wrong with it. Wifi plenty fast enough to watch Netflix or similar. Shower great - bath good. The appartment is on the 4th floor - but in this buidling that means 5 sets of stairs - a slog in the summer if you are carrying anything - fortunately there is an elevator. Arian is a professional and communication was no problem whatsoever. We loved it.
