About this property

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, newly built (2017) apartment finished to a high standard with open plan living and large balcony. Situated on Estrada de Santa Eulália, walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets and within walking distance to the beautiful beaches Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room, the kitchen has good quality appliances and is well stocked in terms of utensils and the basics you will need upon your arrival, there are Bi-folding doors which open onto the large balcony with a range of rattan furniture to sit and eat or enjoy the Portuguese sun!

The two bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, the master bedroom has a dressing table with mirror, a hairdryer and hair straighteners are provided. We have a travel cot with proper cot mattress, all linens and a high chair available for use free of charge.

The condominium has its own private pool with private sun loungers provided. There is a lift in the building so ideal for families with small children/pushchairs, there are 3 steps which lead up to the entrance to the apartment.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 over 2 bedrooms in the following configuration:
* Master Bedroom - King size bed (+ Travel cot if required free of charge)
* Second bedroom - Zip & link bed so either 2 x single beds or 1 x king size bed, + folding bed available

Family holiday,( with older teens)

Fantastic property, with everything you need within walking distance, and Ubers for the slightly further away places, Swimming pool area was clean and plenty of space, would definitely stay here again

Excellent property & location

Beautiful property in a great location. Ideal for all age ranges with everything on your doorstep. The apartment has everything to hand & has everything you could need. A large balcony off the lounge makes it very relaxing & a small balcony off each bedroom- what more could you ask for. The apartment is furnished beautifully. We could not recommend this apartment highly enough.

Comfortable well equipped apartment in lovely location

Straight forward booking online and the owner was extremely helpful with information on booking. The apartment is so comfortable, everything you may need has been thought of (although I was expecting a hair straightener which turned out to be a curling wand but not a big deal). The furniture and fittings are elegant and comfortable. The location is super, close to all amenities and a choice of lovely beaches. A 40 minute pleasant walk to the old town with marina for boat trips. Bus stop right outside apartment for great public transport to Vilamoura and Faro. Pool is large and we didn’t find it busy at all even in August. Pool loungers and beach towels thoughtfully provided. We had a wonderful holiday.

Great stay in this apartment. Good security with lovely quiet pool area. The apartment is tastefully furnished with a lovely outside area. Comfortablly takes 4 but could take 6. No issues and a lovely time. Would highly recommend this apartment as close to good local amenities.

An extremely high quality apartment, very well furnished which caters to all your needs. Well comfortable beds, with more than enough hanging space. Pool area really nice and the secure nature of the apartments was a bonus, especially the parking. Being familiar with the town the location is really good, good access to all points and a good walk into the old town. Would certainly recommend this for couples or families and we will certainly keep this on our priority booking list for future Algarve holidays

We are a couple from the UK with a 3 year old son, we have been visiting Albufeira frequently for the past 6 years and due to our love of the area we purchased our holiday home in 2017.

Why they chose this property

As this apartment is primarily our holiday home, with minimal rental to help cover upkeep, and not solely a rental property as many others are; We have furnished and equipped the apartment for our use, and we hope this shows due to the high standard of furnishings and equipment we have installed in the apartment, including high end appliances, A/C, TV equipment etc. Good quality King size bed and split link option for second bedroom.
We also have well equipped the apartment in terms of items you may need to help you to enjoy your holiday, Beach towels, cool bag, wide range of kitchen utensils and equipment, washing machine etc.
As we also have a young child there is a wide range of associated equipment such as travel cot with cot mattress; high chair; baby monitors; children's plates, bowls cutlery etc. Also the swimming pool has a large flat shallow area which makes it ideal for the little ones.

What makes this property unique

- Excellent location, walking distance to everything you could need including beach and the strip, also only a short taxi ride to old town.
- Excellent equipped apartment, light and airy with well furnished comfortable relaxing balcony.
