Located in the Cannes Village Condominiums adjacent to Island Seas Resort, this updated luxury condo offers easy access to the resort area of Port Lucaya, The Straw Market, Freeport and Garden of the Groves. Note, beach has a pristine reef, alive, vibrant, with a blue hole, 20 yards from shore. Seriously, you don’t see this anymore. We are less than a mile from a nature marine reserve park.
All you need is your daily food and consumables; we have tried to provide everything else.

Picture perfect!

The property is absolutely beautiful, the photographs are exactly as it is. We went as a couple and loved the peace and tranquility. The condo has been decorated tastefully to make you feel like it's a home from home and very welcoming. It was very clean with plenty of fluffy white towels, cookware, beach equipment, everything you need to enjoy your stay. We used the hotel next door a couple of times for lunch and as you come on to the beach turn left there's Bernies tiki bar which was a lot of fun, bonfire night is Tuesday and Thursday and there's also a new restaurant being built on the beach. We had never rented before, it has set a bar that will be hard to beat and would definitely recommend this condo to everyone, it was the best ! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and her property manager was brilliant on site help, our thanks go to both of them for our amazing holiday.

Relaxing and beautiful

The views from the balcony and from the main bedroom are amazing. It is literally steps to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The location is great: just 10 minutes to the grocery store and to lots of nice restaurants. Paige and Charles were very kind and responsive.

Great location, clean, PERFECT!

We stayed at the condo for 5 nights. Location is perfect: right on the beach and close to all the sights! It was clean & convenient with necessities. Check in was easy & the hosts are gracious and communicated well! Only 2 things to mention is there are several stairs to get up into the 2-floor condo and there was no snorkel equipment available to use as the listing says. Otherwise, a 5 star rental!!
