Fantastic villa located between le Marche and Umbria in the Italian Centre. The villa has two apartments with private garden and private entrance. Fantastic location for a big family or for two families. The private pool is only for you!!!!
Fabriano is a nice town famous for the paper production. Only in max one hour driving you can visit Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, the adriatic see, Loreto, Urbino ecc.

Fantastic place

The red house is a really nice place to be at, the apartments are roomy and outdoors is great, nice terraces with shade, plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and eating and a barbecue. Both apartments have their privacy should you want that. The pool is lovely with plenty of seats and beds and the view from it is beautiful. Paolo is a great host, he gave us a warm welcome and was available for questions anytime. Altogether a great experience in a great region.
