The location of the villa in the central part of the island, knowns as the Pla de Mallorca (Majorca Plain), provides convenient and close access to all kinds of towns, sceneries and activities. In order to reach the villa and move around the island it is necessary to have a vehicle. Driving from the airport takes approximately 30 minutes. Sineu, Costitx and Inca, with its regional hospital and multiple supermarkets and restaurants, are just 10 minutes from the property. The Bay of Alcudia can be reached in just 25 minutes, and the stunning beaches of the East side, like Cala Varques, are just 45 minutes away from the house.

Use of the entire property is exclusively for guests. Privacy is total and the house will not be shared with the hosts or other people.
