About this property

Detached Ibiza style villa, large garden with palm trees, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, free WiFi, satellite with 500 channels. (French, Dutch, German and English channels).

Beautiful villa, 20 metres from the beach with life guard in summer.

The villa consists of a large living room with sea view, fireplace and dining table with 6 chairs. All free satellite channels from Astra 19.2º and 23.5º and all Dutch channels. Television in the living room with Chromecast, also a television in the 3rd bedroom, also with Chromecast.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso, Senseo and filter), toaster, blender etc.
Very spacious master bedroom, equipped with box-spring bed with built-in wardrobe and en-suit marble-tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and hanging toilet and gas towel heater.

Second bedroom also with box-spring bed with large wardrobe.
2nd Bathroom also with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and gas towel heater.
Next to the 2nd Bathroom is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
3rd Bedroom is separate from the house with its own entrance with 2 single beds and a sofa bed (suitable for 2 children) and a sink. The sofa bed can be placed in the living room.

AIR CONDITIONING UNITS HOT/COLD IN ALL ROOMS AND CENTRAL HEATING WITH RADIATORS IN EACH ROOM (GAS).
Beautiful typical Spanish garden with large palm trees, fully fenced and very sheltered with a great chill-out terrace at the back of the house where you can enjoy the sun all day.

At the front is a patio with a large wooden table with designer chairs (8) with a fixed wood barbecue.
There are many shaded and sun-drenched terraces around the house. The ideal place to sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday !

Water, electricity 75 Kw per week and unlimited WiFi service is included in the rental price, additional electricity use is € 0.30 per Kw.
Cost of € 130 for final cleaning, pay on arrival.

The tram station is 2 minutes from the villa for sightseeing along the Costa Blanca or to visit el Campello, Alicante or Benidorm. Car is not necessary.

There is a huge hall for concerts and stunning panoramic views.

Fantastic stay in this spacious well presented property

Wanda was an excellent host organising taxis to and from airport, greeted us every morning checking all was well. The property is so spacious and beautifully presented all you can hear is the sound of the sea and the birds in the trees. The beach is literally 30 seconds away it is a shingle beach but very unspoilt. The tram stop is 2 minutes walk so easy to use and cheap.Two stops to El Compello where there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. One stop in the opposite direction is Coveta Fuma with a great little Supermarket and a handful of restaurants and bars lovely unspoilt area. If you change trams in El Compello to line three you can get off at four different stops and walk along the promenade with fantastic beaches and seafood restaurants. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great nearby emenities with easy access to the more busier resorts.

Perfect place for a quiet vacation

We are two couples had rest in a villa in the middle of September. Liked everything. I'll start with the location. The villa is really located on the beach. We could go for a swim before breakfast and go back to the villa directly into the swimsuit. Of course, for some families with children the beach is rocky so its not suitable. But, only 10 minutes by car or tram (incidentally also stop near the villa), a beautiful sandy beach with all amenities in the town of El Campello. Most of all we liked the villa garden and barbecue place, where we had a breakfast and spent warmy evening enjoying excellent spanish wines! The combination of pine and palm trees creates a unique air you want to breathe. And the most amazing thing we saw when we woke up the first morning and went out for coffee. Across the garden playing and jumping squirrels. They entertained us every day. It was very funny watсhing their games! We stayed at the Villa for first time and thought it would strain household chores. But the villa has all appliances and a dishwasher, which allowed to rest and not to spend time on household chores. And separately about the interior. Its really Andalusian! And if you're used to changed towels every day as in the hotel, then at the villa they are sufficient. Free Wi-Fi let us to be in contact with outer world. In general, we recommend this nice chalet and will not be ashamed! We will definitely be back!

Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, fernab der großen Ferienorte. Sehr ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die praktische Straßenbahnverbindung, keine 2 Minuten entfernt, ermöglicht eine schnelle Fahrt nach Alicante oder aber Benidorm. Selbst zu Fuß nach El Campello mit seinem schönen Strand ist durchaus möglich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.
